When your print shop gets a new manager and wants to win over that sour taste you still have and try them again because its a Whole New Business Now.... 🥳
We tried em again.... Thank you Maria!! And thank you Christine. Twisted is so much a pleasure to work with now. Less hassle and less stress. Everything came out great. You backed up what you promised us if we came back.
We are Walk In The Park and we are proud to work with you guys again!!!
Below is our past experience with an old business manager with a whole different set of rules....
5/2023 - One ⭐ 😠
If you can just get your shirt order done as your customer requested and not include the hidden fees... Mistakes... And Not Heat Pressed when the client requested Screen Print THEN and ONLY then will we return!! I'd fire that woman that sits at the desk and answers, emails and calls.
Sooo many mistakes on final product! They kept the fundraiser money and high shipping costs as we picked up the order because it was done at the last minute as if it was thrown together like a half ass kids school project.
NEVER AGAIN.
As for the attached photo- the shirt was burnt by the heat press. This is NOT washed out as they claim. Completely unwearable!!!

Twisted Ink did an expedited order for me. It was a small quantity of t-shirts for a party. They were able to design, print and deliver the order perfectly in less than a week. I couldn't have asked for more and such good quality work. The electronic proceeds of ordering, approving design, manufacturing and delivery were exemplary.
I would definnitely use this vendor again.

I run Flemington Pickleball Club in Flemington. We use Twisted ink for all of our in-house merchandise as well as our tournament shirts, tournament tanks and promotional merchandise. Their work is excellent. They’re always on time, and Taylor makes it very easy to work with her. I find their pricing competitive and fair. I would highly recommend Twisted Ink under its new management. It has been delightful.
