You get greated at door...girls are friendly and very knowledgeable....place clean and stocked well...I had a return n was done with no problem so professional...products for all ages....great store great staff!!

I went there to surprise my daughter and get her ear pierced for her second hole. There were nice but when I paid they said how are you tipping I was shocked I don’t mind tipping at all but for what I was literally there for 10 minutes.

I love this ulta. I come here several times a year and every time they are nice and helpful. Have had employees search high and low for things for me, make recommendations. I also had the cashier be very nice and give me my bday gift a little late. My mom and sister and I all have had nothing but good experiences here so I was surprised to see the reviews!

The manager and Sales associate provided me excellent customer service. The store was busy and the ladies were super efficient, got me in and out. Highly recommend, also the store had a great selection.
