Service sucks i dont normally post reviews but i have been waiting 3 hours and no one has even welcomed me i havent even gotten the new phone yet i am very unhappy and maybe i should take my buisness somewhere else

Ever since the redesign, customer service is nonexistent. Unless you’re buying a phone the people here are just going to tell you to “call our customer service” and then turn away from you.

Terrible Verizon store. Never go to this Verizon store spent hours waiting over multiple days and after every time I was in the store they couldn’t figure out what was wrong. Their customer service is a disaster. If there was a zero star this store would get it!

Have been trying all morning to schedule an appointment but all I get is instructions to sign in (9th time) and still no way to schedule an appointment- been a customer for over 20 years but I really need to find a carrier who is customer- friendly

I did a locker pick up and the locker was empty, which was weird. I finally was able to hunt down an employee which is stressful if you don’t have an appointment and while one claimed my name wasn’t in the system, another said that she had prepared my order but not put it in the locker. I didn’t y even get a smile, never mind a thank you or apology. A really weird experience.
Bottom line is just buy the phone online and have it mailed to you.

Misinformed about my plan. Told my insurance was held by another party so they couldn’t get me a replacement phone.

No greeting? Was told how to check in by a customer when I asked. No response from one person working there. They barely even acknowledge you when you walk-in. Eventually a kid who finally looked up asked me if I checked in, then looked away without even hearing my answer. Verizon as a whole could greatly (and I strongly, strongly emphasize greatly) use a course on customer service. As well as a smoothing out of how they operate. Terrible. But I think this corporate location in Flemington tops it all as the worst experience with Verizon so far. The only reason I’m still with them is the horrible experience that is left of trying to dissolve our family plan with them. We all dread it.

I came in after a frustrating experience at T Mobile and was greeted immediately although there were a few other customers ahead of me. They added me to the waiting list and I was taken within 15 minutes. I worked with Eric to get my phones brought over to Verizon and the process couldn’t have been easier. Eric was knowledgeable and amazing to work with and the managers were as well. Eric was able to help me maximize my plan and save as much money as possible. This location was the most stress free phone store ever.

Useless service. Walk in for a charger. Told to order on app for fast pickup. I place the order, the gentleman goes got it I see your order right here! “Let me go see how it’s going….” He comes back out and tells me I need to wait. 10 minutes later I just walked out. This was my second time visiting the store, and second time walking out with no success.
