Buyer beware. This is the worst Verizon you can go too. They just lost a 25+ year customer. I went in to buy a screen protector. A specific screen protector they ensured me it was the correct one. They put it on and it was in fact not the correct type. Immediately after leaving the store it started to have an air bubble that would only get worse with time. I went back in to have it fixed. Then five minutes later it started peeling off the bottom. Having already left and on my way to an event I called for a refund and Rich was beyond rude and disrespectful. I will never return to this Verizon ever again because of his behavior. He should not be in a position to work with people if he doesn’t have the decency of respect.

George deserves so many more stars than 5. Honestly, they all do. Not only did George help me setup my new phone but the conversations were amazing. Other employees came up to talk as well and all of them were so sweet and helpful.Leaving there I couldn’t help but share with others how George was so helpful with bright personality that made it so much easier and enjoyable. I left with a new phone with no issues and had a great experience doing so.

Horrible experience. Walked in to upgrade my phone, easy enough or so I thought. The salesman was very very nice but kept trying to side track me to buy all these extras. I just wanted an upgrade. After I explained to the salesman I only have a few minutes I could see they were being side eyed by what I assume was a Manager making sure they went through these ridiculous sales tactics. They apologized but yet continued. I left. Later that day went to AT&T moved my 5 line account and was not hassled for tablets, watches, speakers, internet. Horrible Sales tactics.

Just had a wonderful and knowledgable experience with TJ! He knew absolutely everything inside the store and I left knowing way more than I could imagine with such a short visit. I’m excited to use my new iPhone and Apple Watch. Thank you TJ!!!

If you want to buy a car, get car insurance, buy a gun, take a trip to Washington DC, or even start a company you should do all of those before even bothering clicking on that stupid check mark logo. I've spent 1 week and over 14 hours on the phone with this company over a mistake on their end and I've just been told to go back to the store, return my items, and re purchase them. Why is it easier to drive a 10,000 ton vehicle or even to join the army than to buy a f****** phone from you guys

While the store may be busy, the sales techs were polite, knowledgeable and made sure all of your questions were taken care of without being rushed.

George helped us as we entered. When he told us what the charge would be I told him I was told there was no charge at a company store. He asked who told me that and I told him it was a text from Verizon and also when I called the Easton Verizon store. He asked to see the text saying that he would ask for a waiver if it was from Verizon. when I showed him the text he said it was from a number he did not recognize so he could not do anything and we had to pay. He did not try to look up the number or suggest any possibilities. It was as if I made it up. Could he have all possible Verizon numbers memorized? The worker next to George (Charles?) was even more gruff. Any possibilities/suggestions I made were quickly disputed and dismissed. When I pulled out my flip phone this other worker immediately told me that only about 50 per cent of my data would be transferred. Good thing I walked out and went to another Verizon store (not a company store), because all was transferred there without any problem. Unfortunately my wife stayed and suffered through over 2 hours of their bungling on her Smart phone -and she still had to spend over an hour at home on YouTube to get her new phone fully set up. My phone was completely set up in 35 min at the other store

This is the very FIRST positive experience I have EVER had at a Verizon store, a Verizon retailer, or their customer service 800 #. Spans about 15 years with lots of interactions. Kristin was quite helpful, sought assistance from another associate when she wasn't sure (as opposed to just making something up) and I was in and out in about an hour with everything taken care of. I was dreading going there based on prior encounters, this experience was quite pleasant and productive!
