Gavin was Amazing! He was so helpful with all our needs.Beyond Knowledgeable in the photo center, location of store items and even promotions. What an asset he is to Walgreens. He was so polite, kind and professional. All around great person and associate!!

They try their hardest and I know firsthand how busy and difficult it is to work in a pharmacy. Walgreens as a whole is terrible. Their app doesn’t work and when I call in I continue to get disconnected so there is actually no way to get a refill without irately walking into the store. Walgreens, you have to do better.

I don’t usually like to write bad reviews, but there are some real mean people behind the counter at the pharmacy, and I’m not talking about just towards customers, but their coworkers as well. I can’t imagine this job being easy considering many customers are quite mean and irritated whether it be because of insurance issues or important medical issues, but yelling at your employees and being nasty doesn’t create a good work environment either, and it leaves nothing to look forward to. I went to pick up my prescription today, and while I was being helped, I heard either a boss, manager, or just a regular coworker start yelling at everyone and saying “I can’t be the one to help everyone with everything, you need to figure it out yourself and leave me out of it” on top of rude comments followed. Even the employees said “jeez.” I think work and money is hard enough as it is these days, I used to work customer service so I know it can be rough at times, so it’s unfortunate to see how these workers are treated by people they have to spend their whole work day(s) with. Doing that to your employees already isn’t okay, and doing it in front of customers just makes it even worse and more awkward/embarrassing.

Flemington Walgreens! Two of the pharmacy staff members are consistently friendly and helpful. Komal and Stephanie D, who always go the extra mile to ensure my prescriptions are ready on time and in stock. They are what great customer service is all about! These two employees should be examples for some of the other pharmacy personnel who need to be trained on how to treat customers. Thank you for having these ladies here. I would shop elsewhere if it were not for them.Thank you, Stephanie, and Komal!

THE PHARMACY IS HORRIBLE!! I would rather stand in a 2hr line at the post office then deal with these bass holes
Just a note to corporate, do you ever read these reviews? The Flemington Walgreens has numerous complaints about the pharmacy. FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!! At least at a morgue you understand why the corpses are just laying around.

Do not give this place any money!! The actual store part is fine and the staff is okay, the pharmacy here is awful. Deliberately tells you to come pick up your order after pharmacy is closed, I placed refills online and got notified they were ready, still ended up having to come back the next day because “we put your refill at the back of the line.”
They constantly blame everything on “communications glitch in the system” and are extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were stealing pills based on how awful their customer service is. Save yourself the trouble and get your scripts literally anywhere else. Been using Walgreens for my medication for over 5 years with no problems, this specific location in Flemington caused me to completely cut ties with Walgreens.

They're hoarding medicine for those who already have active scripts with their store. If you're calling to get any they'll deny you.

They mess with you here, they are rude, short with you, impatient, give you false information, and make you wait for absolutely no reason at all and lie blatantly to your face. Do not go here. A waste of your time and patience.

I was just at Walgreens to pick up a .63 cent prescription. I went to the drive up windows,I was the only one I line, there were 4 people working the pharmacy. They kept saying they would help me soon
After five minutes one of the women came to help me. The topping on the cake was I gave her .75 cents, I thought she put the change in my prescription bag. She didn't. It's not about the money. My guess is she could not count out change.

It’s impossible to get someone to talk with at this pharmacy. My doctor’s office called in a renewal for my prescription and I cannot get any information to even confirm that they have it.To be clear, the staff here is very friendly and helpful. There just aren’t enough of them. And the systems and software they have to work with are outdated and inefficient.

The worst pharmacy in New Jersey. You will wait for hours even if you have an appointment. Terrible customer service, total chaos behind the counter. Avoid at all costs.

By far the WORST EXPERIENCE. I have rsv and the flu desperately needed my medication and this pharmacy declined my military benefits card and told me that it doesn’t count as an insurance card. 40% of America uses tricare however this pharmacy will not accept it for no reason. Had to get higher ups involved and this situation was still not handled appropriately. Do not go here

Set up appointment for a Covid-19 test. Received reminders in advance of the test. Arrived a few minutes early. Taken right in for the testing by Jeff, the lead pharmacist. Jeff explained the testing procedure and was personally doubly protected with mask and shield. Jeff provided insight on options to pursue should the results display positive. He was professional and thorough. Thought everything ran smoothly and results were in my inbox within the hour. One can't ask for better than that!
