I'm finding a lot of variability from one Walmart to another. The one in Clinton is almost a joke, it's old and so small that it has almost no selection especially for anything. One would consider groceries. The one in Phillipsburg is quite good, has a good bakery, a lot of bread choices, and a good selection all the other areas of the store. This store in Flemington, seems sort of hidden from the main road, and then they have a bakery section when you first come in, but none of the package bread is sold there, you have to walk down into the grocery area like about 4:00 or 5 aisles, and then there's the bread. Weird. The parking lot is a little odd too, seems like this was wedged into a space, the only one they could find.

It's an odd place - struggling to find its niche. It seems it's trying to attract a more demanding demographic while not losing its reputation for massive wares at great prices. My problem is it's such an inconvenient store to get in and out of and every time I go, it never has what I go for. I wanted pineapple or pineapple cherry cottage cheese, low sodium Smart Balance, POM pomegranite tart cherry juice, and fresh squeezed orange juice not one item of which it had. I'd also hoped for warehouse sized Hershey chocolate almond bars but they were 30- 40% more expensive than plain chocolate bars so again, didn't find what I went for. Someone said BJ's would have had what I wanted. It's such a massive store but has little to offer except good prices on predominanly unhealthy products.

Customer service is horrible! First, you have to use the self checkout. I attempted to purchase a product that had a coupon inside of it, same product & size, everything. Self checkout won’t accept the coupon! The cashier woman informs me that some coupons can’t be used in their store & no exceptions. Then why are they selling the product that contains the coupon? Grrr
This is not the first time that customer service was horrible. 🤯😔

This place is great for quick stops, but stock is a bit all over the place. Popular items are usually out of stock and I no longer use the pharmacy because it was way too complicated and frustrating. I like that the staff is very friendly and helpful. I just wish they stocked better. The isles look ravaged half the time.

Never expect to find an employee in this store. We honestly weren't but just happened upon 1 and they are the only reason the store is getting a 3 instead of a 1 star. Good luck with self checkout, double check marked prices against what you are charged

They are too cheap to hire anyone, and the call button at sporting goods is never hooked up so as useful as a rock. There is not a single employee who will ask if you need help. The only person who works is person at the door who can only look at your recept to make sure you did your job right by checking out what merchandise you have.

I'm generally happy with that store but today I went to get a few things and I was very disappointed. I bought a plastic container and couldn't find the attaching lids but when I asked a young employee to help me he said "It should be somewhere here, you'll have to find it" and went on to continue his job. I mean, I tried all the lids around and none of them fitted so someone didn't do their job properly.
