Great people but horrible staffing by management. Never more than one teller to help a line of clients. Always a longer wait than it should be.

Went in for an out of the ordinary request to get some boxes of coins for hunting. The teller Eleazar was nothing but helpful and gave me no trouble withdrawing an above average amount of coins. I went after the lunch rush was gone and had all of a 20 second wait as well. Thank you so much!

Chelsea is a wonderful teller and always takes great care of me. I do feel bad for her as this location always seems to be understaffed and the wait at the drive thru can be very long. I hope in the new year they can add more employees to improve the overall customer experience.

Like ANY Wellsfargo branch it is dependent on who you are working with.Drive-up = worth it.Any other in person service= not worth it

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service there is atrocious by the manager and team. Had a complaint and the manager didn't even listen to the complaint at hand. Absolutely no compassion for others.

Their ATM is constantly down, probably about 50% of the time I come here. Going to the Clinton one is just as bad.

Walked in with my infant child to no greeting even though TWO advisors were helping a customer right in front of me. I waited 5 mins before a teller finally asked what I needed to which I told her to open a new account for my daughter. She told me to have a seat and wait. Another 10 mins goes by and finally one of the advisors acknowledges me. He tells me its gonna be another 15 to 20 mins before they can help me and the account will take 45mins to open. That was a complete lie and I said that as I've opened and have 3 different accounts with wells fargo and the guy gave me some ridiculous excuse about a change in systems. Went to my old branch and they confirmed he was def lying. Awful place!!! Will never go there again.

Very rude customer service they act like they are better than you and prioritize customers. Was waiting for 45 mins and they acted like I wasnt their. Will never go to this branch again.

If you go at the wells fargo bank in Flemington, you must look for RYAN SZARYKO, he really does his job, what a such nice guy, thank you Ryan for been the amazing person, my husband and I really like you...
