My experience Russell door company was extremely disappointing. After waiting for three weeks for a scheduled service, I was met with unprofessionalism and rudeness by Chris! When I attempted to inquire about the delay, the person on the phone abruptly hung up on me. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience.

Quick and efficient! I accidentally hit the garage mechanism and the garage door was not liking the "up and down" process. Thankfully Russ saved the day so I could put my car back in the garage before the snow! I highly recommend him.

Russell did a great job fixing my garage door at a very reasonable price. He went over everything and ensured the garage door opener worked for the automatic openers. Highly recommend them and will use them in the future!

After dealing with a number of different handymen and companies including one sent by Home Depot, I finally got pass the jack of all trades and to the master. Russell came out the next day assessed the situation gave me a fair quote and returned two days later as promised. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain my choices and options. I feel he went above and beyond to fix the mess that the others made. They will definitely be my go to company for any issues I encounter in the future. I appreciate the exceptional service.

Phenominal service from the sales and estimate process right on through until installation. Kris was a great resource to help with all our questions and preparation. And the care that Jeff made in the installation as well as guiding us through all the steps of the new system for our doors was second to none!

Wonderful company! A spring broke on our garage door and Russell was able to come out quickly and repair it. We decided to get a new door after and are so happy with it! The door is beautiful and the process was so smooth. Highly recommend!

Russell Garage Door Co is awesome ? Complete install of new door and process was smooth. Work was square, level and plumb, close to air and light tight. They are horrible - no show for first appointment after waiting all day for tech to show up 2 weeks after calling to schedule appointment. Technician called before time he was supposed to show up- stating too busy. Rescheduled and no call no show for 2nd appointment- called office to find out reason. Wasted another whole day waiting for the technician. Secretary calls next day stating they didn't have us on the schedule. Totally incompetent and subpar customer service. Can't leave a negative star.

Called due to a snapped cord for our garage door. They scheduled and came out quicker than I anticipated. Problem was fixed in just the one visit! Owner was very personable and fair! Highly recommend.
