“Well I’ll tell you what, this UPS in Bordentown done handled my business better than I expected. I come in there with not one, but several packages of horse manure, all needing to go clear over to Ethiopia.
Young fella at the counter didn’t even blink much, just said “alright then” and got to work. Helped me wrap it up real tight and proper. Said we don’t want no “incidents” in transit, which I agreed with strongly. Took his time but also somehow went fast, which I don’t fully understand but I respect it.
Whole place smelled normal the entire time, which frankly is a miracle in itself. Everything shipped off smooth as can be.

I didn't know where the package was so I filed a claim only to be denied. Then something said to go in and speak to the manager. That was yesterday and he called this morning and left a message saying it would be delivered today. His name is Frankie and he's a wonderful Manager! The service was amazing & the employees are incredibly nice & knowledgeable. I was honestly going to switch to a private carrier for my shipping after such an abysmal experience at the Bordentown branch, but I'll be coming here from now on for all of my shipping. The lovely lady process my order even gave me a free box for one of the next items I'm shipping. 11/10.”
