“This location did an excellent job. Pickup was smooth and quick. However, this was not the location that I selected when I made my reservation. I made my reservation in April for a location that was more convenient. The day before my pick up, U-Haul changed my reservation to pick up at the above location. That change caused an extra 40 minutes drive time, additional mileage and extra tolls. When I raised this to their management, they took prompt action to make the situation right. I would definitely use this location in the future.”

“Needed a uhall truck, did the online process but found out if I just came here the price is just better and the overall just a better experience. Here the nice woman was able to explain everything and helped me with the whole process.I would only recommend coming into the store here and just dealing with them directly. It might be a little bit scary coming to a rv / odd and end store. But it's your best plan of action when needing to use a uhall truck.Don't waste your time with other places just come to the experts.”
“Was looking for a cap for some time, found Burlington Truck Center on an internet search. Stopped in, the fella who took my order, (I’m sorry but forgot his name ? ) was super nice and knowledgeable about Jeraco products. 20 minutes later it was ordered. 6 weeks lead time, was called to schedule appointment and everything was super smooth exactly to what I ordered! Great folks there, probably goin back for air bags soon. Thank you guys!!!”

“I decided I was not longer paying expensive moving fees associated with moving my vending machines. So I rented a truck with a lift gate from Penske. I was shocked at how affordable a one day rental was with the insurance. The booking was super easy. During pick-up, the staff was extremely helpful! They showed me how to operate the lift gate. They also gave me specific information about the gas. Returning it was just as easy! I even used them again for my next move and plan on continuing to use them!

“Had terrible experiences with Ryder. Went through 4 broken trucks in 1 week. Miller is the completely opposite. Great service and new trucks that have upgraded radios and rear cameras. They are also cheaper and have refrigerated vans which most companies don't. Couldn't ask for more. Kelly is a great sales rep.”
“Everything went very smooth and timely. Hermes was extremely helpful when I wasn’t sure on everything I needed. She was able to help me figure it out and get me on the road. I showed up late for my reservation and thankfully she stayed a few extra minutes just to make sure I was set. Great service”
“I rent trucks from here a lot. They are always great and accommodating if I have special requests or needs. Everything is always on time and trucks are always nice and clean and work perfectly. They also have very new and low mileage vehicles. They even have hitch adapters when I need one for towing. Enterprise is the only place I know of that will let you rent a truck and tow your own trailer with it. The employees are always very friendly and professional. I recently was helped by Jordan. He is great at communicating exactly what the rental entails and has supplied great customer service. He is great at explaining all of my options when renting and helping me set up exactly what I need for exactly how long I need it. They are all good people and I would highly recommend renting from them. I also love how you can call them and speak to a real person who can answer questions, help you plan what you need and talk you through your options.”

“What a great experience from making my reservation for a 9 feet van, picking up, and returning the van. Kevin the UH representative at the Burlington, NJ location was the absolute customer quality professional. Kevin explained all needed information, what's covered, additional details, and how to return the van. Unrelated to Kevin was the no show day movers I had paid for upfront. Uhaul needs to refresh their third party list of day movers because the company that was assigned to me hadn't done business thru UHaul since November 2025. This delayed my move by three hours. Thankfully after contacting Uhaul's national CS I was able to choose a company, Global Express movers, who were responsive, and arrived within an hour or so from the new request was made. If you need just a few guys to do the heavy lifting this is a great option vs traditional movers. After that bit of stress my move went well. Two thumbs up Kevin.”
“It looks nice and clean. Direct access to storage units is great. No office agents, no car rentals, just storage units next to the free way.Will update on bugs and such once I move out, but it looked and smelled fine.”
“I rented a 6'x9' trailer. The customer service rep was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable, smiley and friendly. She helped me get the trailer attached to my SUV and even got down on her back on the ground to look for my electric hookup. I couldn't be more please with customer service!”
