Never again!! Came to try for the first time for a pedicure. I should’ve know by the lack of air conditioning and dirty polish bottles, I wasn’t going to be happy but I gave it a chance. One girl started my service but then clearly a better client walked in and she called another girl over to finish. This girl couldn’t be bothered to get off her phone for some time before coming to help me. When she finally started, I felt completely rushed by her. Made me bleed instantly, barely scrubbed any dead skin off of my feet. When I asked her to get obvious dead skin off, she told me I should’ve gotten a higher level pedicure meanwhile the person next to me got the same pedicure, was started before me and was still getting her feet scrubbed. This was by far the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had! Don’t say you take walk-ins if they’re going to be treated like dirt as a paying customer.

My favorite place been coming for at least 10 years. Sarah is so amazing and careful! My nails never chip. Leo is great for massages and Angie is the best for pedicures. Honestly everyone there is so sweet and does a great job!

I’ve been going to this salon for almost 3 years. I originally saw Patty, but her nasty attitude and rushed work pushed me to switch to Sarah. Sarah was great at first, patient, detailed, and professional. But over time, her work became sloppy, nail lengths were inconsistent, and she developed an attitude.
At my latest appointment, I chose a yellow polish, and I could immediately tell she didn’t like the color, she made it quite obvious. The final result looked rushed, polish didn’t fully cover my nails, and the finish was messy. I went back and asked her to fix the three nails that were especially bad. She gave me major attitude and even argued that one of them was “fine” when it clearly wasn’t. She ended up fixing them, but even after that, the result still looked poorly done.
After being a loyal client for years, I expected better. The lack of professionalism and declining quality has made it clear it’s time to move on.

I went in for the first time and the nail tech, I believe her name was Patricia, didn't introduce yourself barely said anything was basically rude to me needless to say I won't be going back

Had the worst experience, Patricia who did my manicure was not only rude but intimidating as well. As a costumer all we expect is for them to be friendly and not intimidating.

The sign said $38 for a gel mani I was charged $43. The girl rushed through my manicure, didn’t ask what shape I wanted. & she botched it, would not recommend

I went there to get a full set and they were rough on my cuticles and the owner was trying to bully me into giving a larger tip for the nail tech and the person who gave me a massage.. after I spent $100 on my nails and 12 on my eye brows plus an extra 15 for a massage. Unprofessional. They nail tech did a great job on my nails she was just really rough.

Very friendly service. I got my eyebrows done gel manicure and spa pedicure. I walked in and they were able to accommodate me. My friend is here all the time and it was my first time at the salon. The service was amazing. They have the chrome cat my beautiful flower nail designs. I just went with a classic pink. This is an amazing location in Florham Park located within the Trader Joe’s plaza. I was a little bit nervous to get my eyebrows done at a new place but they did a great job. I will come back again soon

Sarah did my nails exactly how I wanted them at my first appointment with her and I am a very difficult to please! I also had a 10 min massage and it was BOM!

horrible place terrible service! I went in for a acrylic removal and the lady up front told a lady named Patty to do the removal she insisted on another tech to do it twice and made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Then to top it off i paid 25$ and my nails were not even removed only the color was what a shame.

Christine is no longer working at BOM nail, I tried going to someone else and I was not satisfied. So I no longer go to the nail salon.

been here twice. My first experience Was 5 stars which is why I returned. I returned for a pedicure and I just wish the technicians here wore name tags so I can specify who is doing my pedicure. I came in and the lady doing my pedicure was very obviously talking about every client inside in Spanish, she was more concerned about the people next to her then me. also made my feet hurt when she was doing my cuticles, not gentle at all. And the water was medium cold. Not the most comfortable place to relax. Unsure if I’ll be returning.
