Our realtor had given us Erez’s reference and we couldn’t have found a better mortgage broker. It was an amazing experience working with Erez from pre-approval to closing. He was always available to answer our questions and being a first-time home buyer we had a ton of questions. He was always prompt in providing responses. He walked extra miles to explain to us mortgage concepts, what would work best for us, where our interests are, what we should consider in different scenarios etc. He gave us a very competitive rate. First time home buying gets overwhelming sometimes, but with Erez we were comfortable with mortgage part of it. Special thanks to Tina, who always provided all timely updates and followed up with us continuously to ensure all documentation was submitted on time for closing.
