Imagine that!
This place doesnt worth your money.
Black couple’s son DELIBERATELY squished door hinge into my son’s fingers and tried to play racist victim card. And when I made a complaint and couple sees that racist victim card doesnt work with me becauss I’m a foreigner, they began to push blame on my 2!!!! years old son.
And they director took their side….. I cant believe it this. They were wrong, mad attitude.
You lost customers. And i will tell to all people I know that your are unfair and will take everyone’s side if they are wrong, as long as they are not white. And those parents said they are not going to apologise!! And administrator was ok with that!
I see now what is happening with USA and why. Because of such people like this white lady administrator.

Came here with my 2 year old. This place is excellent. Huge space, plenty of room for everyone and ton of activities and toys. People are kind. A special shoutout to the onsite cafe- the personal pizza pie will rival most pizzerias in quality. Anyone with a negative review- you must be one of the types that complain about everything. This place is perfect to keep your toddlers engaged and get social interaction with other babies without being on top of each other.

Excellent party planning and execution by Cheryl and Karissa! We had our son's 4th birthday party here recently. The food was amazing and the kids (and adults 🙂) had the best time. The team was flexible, accommodating various requests I had, and were truly pleasant to work with. I highly recommend for toddler parties.

We highly recommend Imagine That!!! for a one-year-old’s birthday party! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and well-organized.
The food and cake were amazing and everything was coordinated beautifully so we were able to truly enjoy the day without stress. Karisa and Cheryl were absolutely wonderful to work and made the planning process so easy.
We had about 55 adults and 20 kids and it was the perfect environment for a first birthday, and our guests had such a great time!

Our 3 kids ranging from age 1 to 6 all had fun. There are a wide variety of activities, from a climbing frame to dress up. The liquid nitrogen tank outside seems out of place and possibly a safety hazard near a children’s venue.

We had a birthday party here. The team is very careful and the activities they offer are really entertaining for the kids. They also offer a very good catering menu. One of the best places I've been for kids parties.

We celebrated our daughter's second birthday here, and I couldn't ask for a better event for a winter birthday.
From the coordination, suggestions, communication, to execution and performance - everyone was wonderful, kind and helpful. Due to the unfortunate family situation, we had to reschedule, and Karisa and Cheryl were so supportive and understanding.
Rob, who set up our room and was in charge of food, was so great with the kids! He's so kind and fun. Kids and adults loved him.
The place itself is fun and has a lot to offer. We come here often. Kids had a blast.
Thank you for such a great experience and birthday celebration!

We hosted my daughter's birthday here two years in a row - she liked it so much she asked to come back :)
Cheryl and Karisa are so easy to work with, and everything is laid out right on the website - they are truly a one stop shop for busy parents. Aside from a few short emails and calls, all we had to do was show up. Rob is also a great MC, the kids absolutely love him.
I love the transition to free play after the party - you can catch up with people and let the kids burn off the sugar as long as you want!
Both years we've had happy kids and happy parents. I would definitely recommend this for birthdays, particularly for the 2-6 age range.

I had my son’s first birthday party here and it was great! Really something for everyone, from crawlers to runners. The staff was great and the party was very well run! Food was great too! Cheryl and Karisa were very helpful and really allowed us to enjoy our party and guests! We will be back!
