Horrible service and extremely overpriced. Nails do not last long. Go somewhere else and save your money!

I came in for two Gel pedicures on Wednesday. By Saturday, 3 of my toenails were missing gel polish as it completely came off. As of today, Sunday, my friends gel polish is now coming off. The nail techs did a poor pedicure and polish job, not even taking care to clean the cuticle of the polish.

My experience here was just awkward. Nothing wrong w my pedicure but the manicure was rushed and like Debbie just didn’t want to be doing it. Barely rubbed the lotion into my hands and popped me at dry station and took off while everyone around me was getting a shoulder rub. Family Nails in Madison is a thousand times better and I’m bummed I went here instead out of convenience of being at Trader Joe’s

Came here because it’s close to my office. My first time and honestly the best pedicure I’ve possibly ever had. Martha is detailed and a perfectionist. Will be back for sure and will try my nails next time.

Have been here several times in the past. First time this year and the gel pedicure price was much more than it ever was before. I did not get any gel polish removed and was a regular gel pedicure and the price was $57. (Before tip).
There was no price list that showed this price and I never paid that much. I felt like the prices are made up if there is no price list. if I knew it was $57 I would not have gone there. The pedicure was ok - nothing amazing. Hoping it lasts a long time because the price is insane

I called to ask how much to get regular pedicure with gel removal , the answer was 27$ . in the end was 45$ + tip. I’m ok to pay that price but not worth it . To remove callus I always thought that was included in a pedicure. Anyway could be better job for that price and attitude of the manager I guess. Nice place, clean but NOT the best Pedicure.

I came in for a gel polish change. I was charged $50. I will not be returning. The guy that does massages drop a can on my foot, I didn’t receive a “I’m sorry or excuse me”. Very disappointing and upsetting.

I went here for a pedicure. I didn't get any color because it was really just a cleanup since I won't be wearing open toed shoes anytime soon. I have been here before but it's not my regular salon. The salon seemed a little grungy like it needs updating and while they did put a liner in the bowl, the woman giving me my pedicure ripped it open to empty the bowl while my feet were still in it basically releasing all of the bacteria into the bowl rendering it useless anyway. She also kept putting my feet on the foot ledge with no covering on it which is just gross, a lot of feet have been on there and it just made me uncomfortable. When she was cutting my cuticles she ripped part of it out from my big toe which hurt a lot and now 4 days later my toe is red and swollen so it's likely infected. I'm trying to keep it at bay with Neosporin and peroxide but I won't go back there for a mani or pedi again. I did have a chair massage though and the man that gave it to me was amazing, I will go back for that!

Was charged $8.00 additional to have the gelPolish removed that they put on a week prior because I decided to get a regular manicure this time. I usually get a regular manicure, but this time we were traveling to Europe , so I wanted it to last a bit longer. Most of it peeled off. I had it on a total of 5 nails. I bring my own polish every time. I frequent this place almost 2 times a month for the past 4 years. That’s just bad business to charge a regular paying customer $8.00 additional- when I was getting another service anyway. I also got a pedicure. Things are changing. They lost their masseuse , a lot of the mail techs are gone….I will pay for things… no problem, but in order to give me a manicure they have to remove my polish. I didn’t have to soak off tips or powder. This was a gel manicure. I really like it here but I don’t like being charged for nothing.***@Luxury Nails response. Clearly you know who I am as a I’ve been a paying customer for many years. Coming twice a month most times. I did get gel nails polish. I had only 5 nails that barely needed soaking off, the rest were clear of polish - you charged $8 additional (as if it was a full set getting soaked off- they didn’t even need soaking off)- Honestly, I really don’t care about paying. - but you didn’t even check to see what I was getting taken off.As I said, I’ve been a customer for many years paying and tipping fairly…- and I’ve been to other salons and noted….only charge if you are not getting any other services, and they certainly wouldn’t charge a loyal paying customer to have the polish removed so it can be reapplied. I’d rather give the $8 as a tip to the manicurist removing it. Truthfully, I would have hoped you’d responded by saying “it was an over-site and misunderstand and we hope to see you back”….because that’s just good business and $8.00 can’t be worth losing a loyal customer.Service: Manicure
