Came into this PNC Bank for a new debit card during a busy hour. The teller, Alcy, was very professional, calm, responsible. He was able to get me a new card in less than 10 minutes I am very pleased. Thank you Alcy!

Bank of America in town provides horrible service, so I'm looking at reviews for PNC so I can change banks. This doesn't look good either. Is this how banks make money? By having few employees?

This is the worst location..they don't have tellers to help you...only some doorman at the entrance with iPad....never going there again..

We finalized our closing on our home and the PNC customer service over the phone messed up our wire transfer. Meaning we would have been out of house and home for several days. Including the other homeowners that were waiting to receive this money. Alcy Riche the loan officer at this location saved the day!! I don't know if he knows it, but he helped so many families today. This man was so calm and he did everything he had to do to make the wire transfer happen, even with the PNC wire transfer office being closed. He was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I will forever be appreciative of him and his help. I cannot thank him enough.

I'm a big fan of PNC but unfortunately this branch is not that secure. I was brought into a room speaking about intimate details of my bank account. The rooms are partitioned and do not even go to the ceiling. The teller next to us was in her office and could hear my wife and I debating, she started laughing. I did not think that was too professional.

TERRIBLE. Went through the drive-thru ATM and it "retained" my card. Employees were unable to recover it from machine. Just told me it was "lost". Incredible. Was without money for 24+ hours.
