I often use this store to drop off packages I need to return. Recently I needed to get passport photos and it was quick and easy! I've always had good experiences with the staff here, they're very friendly and helpful!

I use this place all the time. I bring my Amazon returns here. I mail packages here. I get print jobs and copy jobs here. And here is what I can tell you:
Every time I go in there I am met with a smile and pleasant conversation. Sam remembered me the second time I was in the store and asked follow-up questions to the conversation we had previously. I have had pleasant interactions with Kyle and Pran as well. The owners and staff here are ALWAYS friendly, kind, and pleasant.
The work product is exactly what you want. Pran even turned around a LARGE legal filing for me in record time, updating me with the progress throughout the job. The details of the job were complex, and Pran made sure to get them correct. Every print job and copy job I have relied on them for has come back exactly like I requested it.
Sam and Pran are the owners of the place. It is clear to me they understand that they are primarily a service based business and act accordingly. They are professional, and their work product is superb. They are friendly and kind and understanding (like when you need a huge rush job that might take them all night).
It's a print and copy shop - dime a dozen, right? Not exactly. These guys treat their customers the way businessowners should treat their clientele. If a job matters to me, it matters to them. No reason to look anywhere else.

I have been to this store a few times and have always had the best experience. I come here if I need to use the computer for quick important printout and emails.
I have also come to this ups for notary purposes and get it done as quick as ever.
The staff is so sweet and makes me feel comfortable for my needs.

The woman that helped me yesterday afternoon was so kind and helpful. She could see that I was worried about my package being delivered at a certain time and assured me that it would. It was expensive to ship, but she helped best she could with pricing as well. Thank you!!
