Purchased Trisys Tapit call accounting software about a year ago. We still don't have it working properly. It won't email automated reports properly. SUPER difficult to use compared to our old system (NEC Call analyst). The reports the system generates are not easy to read and its overly difficult to customize reports.This is truly garbage software at a premium price.Unfortunately when we called for support the tech was rude ever time... Our vendor has tried to help.How is this company in business
