My son and visited the Verizon store to create a new account for him so that he could transfer his line to it. But Omar the salesperson advised us that it would cost us more, so we didn’t do it. He also made us aware of a promotion that allowed many of my family members to get iPhone 15 for about $5/month, which we did.
In all, we were very satisfied with the experience.

Stopped by to upgrade my phone and take care of some billing issues. Omar was fantastic! He was the only one on shift and did some impressive multitasking to serve all 5 customers that came in at nearly the same time. He maintained his cool composure and didn’t give short shrift to anyone. Wow.

I ordered a new phone from Verizon online services. It arrived 3 hours before I got home and it was not able to be programmed. So I was going to try to do it myself, but heard it was way too long and tiresome. I went to the Verizon Store and spoke with Luz. Gave her my phone and she was able to get it up and running. Awesome service , great customer service and was able to save me some money with additional services. .
The Verizon store in Florham Park has a great new vibe. Nice associates and great music!! Go and meet Luz- she’s TERRIFIC!!
