Hot Topic makes it easy for everyone to express themselves, and honestly, that’s what keeps me coming back. “I started pure barre a couple months ago, after not working out for years (embarrassed to say decades), but after having my two babies I promised myself I would start working out for healthy reasons. I didn’t know what to do because I get social anxiety going to the gym so after doing my research I came across Pure Barre & I did the intro class—I decided to join RIGHT AWAY. I’m currently obsessed with pure barre, the vibe, the workouts, the after workout feeling, and to top it off they have the most amazing crowd and instructors (of course I have my fav..shout out to Brannagh for being the BEST). Don’t hesitate to join, I’m a beginner and I already feel so strong & so motivated to keep on going. I’m so happy I came across pure barre!”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

“If you like Nordstrom, you’ll love Nordstrom Rack. They have great deals and clothing very heavily reduced. For the most part, the store was organized unlike other discount stores. The bathroom was even very clean. I was impressed”
“Looking at the reviews before mine, it sure seems like this shop has provided some mixed experiences. I did not know about this shop until very recently (I only went to Maplewood for the first time a few months ago). Before talking about the shop itself, I will say that during my recent visit the staff was very nice (this included two young women and one older one - possibly the owner?). I overheard them having several conversations with customers and they all seemed very familiar and friendly. Of course, this is just my experience, so take that as you will. No. 165 (so named for the building number) is an absolutely adorable, comfortable and whimsical shop in Maplewood. They sell all sorts of items ranging from novelty items, candy, clothes, stationary, dish towels, purses, soaps and more. Everything in the shop is either meant to be charming, beautiful or tongue-in-cheek and I love that combination. Interestingly, I saw a note on the counter that indicated at some point last year this shop was going to close, but a strong reaction from the neighborhood helped the owner to change their mind and keep the shop open. What that meant on a practical level is that during my visit a lot of the shelves were definitely more bare than I think they would normally be. This decision is recent, so I am hoping that means in the next couple months the store will restock and have more to offer than it already has. If you're in the area, definitely make it a point to visit No. 165!”

The eclectic combination of clothing and accessories are artfully displayed and reflect a calming energy, UNLIKE the usual standalone stores with awkward staff and purchase pressure. AMAZING prices for NJ, both full and SALES! That said, the best part is Nancy — she’s absolutely fabulous with her eye for fashion and flattering designs for all body types! I quit browsing and deferred to her, without disappointment (walked away with quite a few new staple pieces for my wardrobe). Local ladies — make use of her talents before I snatch her up as my personal stylist ;-)”

“A little pricier than I remember JCP being, and they didn't have a awesome amount of different options of some particular outfits/clothes. I also have trouble finding my size(s) in mostly Pants, but T-shirts as well. I don't mean for this post to sound bad, it's just THIS particular JCP didn't have the right sizes for several different articles of clothing I was interested in purchasing... Maybe they were just low on stock bc the holidays JUST passed..(?) idk, I'm only recounting MY Experience.”
