This is probably the worst DG in the area. The staff is always friendly, bless them, but the store itself is horribly understocked. They can't keep 2 coolers of drinks full, half of the things I come in for are just bare spots on shelves, no self checkout, and the place is kind of dirty. It almost feels like they get a shipment with 3 days supply but only once a week. I'll be making the trip to the one up on 73 from now on.

Last 3 times I was in the FOLSOM store there were obnoxious customers… talking extremely loud and using profanities just in conversation with themselves.. so from now on - IF I have to go - I’ll go without my children.Feeling a little unsafe more and more in the Folsom Collings Lakes area.

Worse experience ever!!! Employees never at the register and when there is there’s only 1 abs a long line and the manager is very ignorant smart mouth I’ll I’m suggesting myself, my family, my people won’t spend money there ever again, promise!!

The Last Few WeeksThe Store Has Been Neat And Organized They Seem To Have Everything Put Together And The Team Member Terry Seems To Always Be Here On Her Own And Is Very Hard Working Very Respectful To Customers And Is So Nice Everytime I Stop In The Company Should Definitely Give This Employee Some Recognition????

I go to this store 1 or 2 days a week and this last month they have been having most of the items I need in stock and are more organized. Also manager and employees are very friendly and helpful when you need help.

This is the worst dollar store I’ve ever been to. They never have anything so who ever the manager is doesn’t do there inventory right and they obviously don’t care. Never coming here again.

This DG has so much potential - with all the direction of traffic coming from Vineland, AC, Philly, 206…But CORPORATE is too stupid to invest in a dDAILY minimum staff of 4 - in ANY store.KEEP IT STOCKED. - WE WILL KEEP COMING. FOLSOM needs this location to do well.So discouraging - I would make this a daily stop - but know they won’t have it on the shelves.It’s a shame.Don’t plan on using a cart, you won’t find anything to put in the cart - not only that - you can’t move the cart down the isles, annoying and ridiculous.

This store isn't even describable. I brought a pair of sneakers that I wore for 2 hrs and they were rubbing the skin off of my.ankle. The people working there were very unprofessional and refused to compensate me with store credit or a full refund. With reciepts...also there glasses were 12.00 dollars, also broke in a few hours..no compensation or refund. I have been a loyal customer and spent thousands of dollars yearly at the stores. No longer and telling everyone, stay away. Never a manger on duty, usually 2 children without any clue working as best they know how. It's really ashame that a corporate store like this takes their customers for granted. I'll shop local mom and pops for now on. Corporate stores hopefully will go away soon. Walmart too...they can all send their junk back to China.
