Update Oct 1st:
I recently had to get an oil change and had a check engine light. The team at Frank’s was very responsive and able to schedule my car for a same week visit. They were very knowledgeable in diagnosing the problem and helped fix the issues quickly. They communicated wonderfully throughout the entire process from scheduling, providing estimates, and resolution. The car now runs smooth and great. I would recommend Frank’s for any vehicle servicing.
Update Dec 4th:
The team was able to fit my car into the schedule last minute before the holidays in order to prepare for a long drive. I’m grateful for the shop’s customer support and flexibility while fixing diagnosing and fixing the car’s O2 sensor so quickly. I’ll continue to take my car here as my car has never run so good as it has now since I started going to Frank’s. Thank you so much.”

“I had hit a deer at high speed so I needed a lot of the front end replaced. I have never needed to use a body shop before so I was at the mercy of recommendations and internet searches. I called places that told me it would take a least a month, or couldn’t even see me for a month, and then I found this place - and I really wish I had called them first.
I spoke to Louis on the phone and explained to him what the situation was. The first thing he said to me after I finished was “are you alright?” I was instantly sold. This is the only body shop I called where they actually asked me if I was alright, and not “yeah we can do that” or “bring it in.” It was so unbelievably nice to have a real human interaction with someone.
I am unnecessarily over-obsessive with my car, but it came out absolutely perfect and I couldn’t be happier. Patrick and Louis are so easy to communicate with and they kept me well informed throughout the whole process.
I highly recommend; 5 stars doesn’t seem like just quite enough.”
“Went to Kings based on location. Had used that same body shop when it was owned by the previous person. I took my 2024 Toyota Highlander for repair and the owner and estimator were very nice and I got it back when they promised and you couldn't even tell it was ever hit. They did a great job and I want to let them know that I was satisfied and they took care of all of the back and forth with the insurance company. I would highly recommend based on my experience”

“I got referred to this shop by a tow truck driver from a car club. I wasn't steered wrong. I After a through diagnosis of the car they came back with exactly what I knew to be in need of repair/maintenance. They also gave me a heads up about some suspension parts while still in good service condition, it will be an item to keep an eye on. When I voiced my concern and may be it should just be a might as well, they advised against it and to just keep it in mind for future maintenance. Most shops would have just agreed with me and did the replacements. Recently another problem arose and without hesitation I brought it back to this shop. 24 hours later good as new. These guys are awesome, not cheap, but quality work costs. I would recommend these guys for any repair or maintenance you need on your vehicle.”
“Working with Mario Auto was a very pleasant experience from the start. Claudia was extremely helpful in navigating the entire experience from beginning to end. She helped with getting the vehicle to the shop, how to handle insurance, and even made sure i was able to get a perfect color match. I’ve personally never had to deal with a vehicle accident let alone actual body repair on a vehicle and she made it so easy. She was even available past closing time for me to come by with documents and key drop off.
The technicians that worked on my vehicle were very helpful as well and did an amazing job on the repairs. As stated they were able to perfect match the new pieces which i was very afraid of given it’s a very vibrant white car that had slight yellowing in some spots. They washed the car for me and even were able to remove some of the spots that were on my doors and skirts that i thought would never come off. The car looks as good as the day i bought it nearly 5 years ago.
Also, to the guy who tried to say this shop was dirty in the reviews, this is one of the cleanest shops I’ve ever been to, even cleaner than a lot of chain shops. 10/10 would go here again and trust them with all my future vehicle auto-body needs.”

The work came out PHENOMENAL. My paint is perfect. I can’t even tell there was a huge fender bender. All my panels were put back properly and my goodness the detail they gave was great. They even cleaned my engine bay. I would definitely bring my car back here. They worked my insurance no problem the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend this body shop.”

“Ultimate Collision is ULTIMATELY the best choice when it comes to collision restoration. I've had work done at Ultimate Collision on a few different cars (including sports cars), over the past several years, and I have always had a positive experience, as well as suburb outcomes. Jerry, the owner, is very professional, personable, and patient. He never rushes me when initially assessing the damage to my car, and he takes the time to explain the details of the process in a way I can understand.
His staff members, especially Bridget and Orville, provided excellent customer service.
