On Friday, October 11, October at approximately 5:00 pm we were in the area to go down to buy something and use the bathroom. When we got into our car and at a distance we realized that my husband no longer had his wallet. ? that was the only stop we made ?????? I would be very grateful if anyone found a favor to return the documents I would deeply appreciate it ??

Went to Nathan’s the young man and lady working there were very nice and helpful… but the amount of flies swarming around that whole facility is disgusting…they attack you and your food it’s horrible..we used the drink station they share with Burger King and the flies were all over even in the area where you are eating if we weren’t starving we would have left but was already driving for hours when we stopped just so hungry and tired.. but never again at this place..bathroom was pretty clean and decent though

Excellent place to visit and learn about its theme when you go for a walk, nothing better than knowing the original clothes that Celia Cruz wore. The place is nice and has everything a traveler is looking for, it has bathroom service and you can also buy hot and cold meals.

They took down the old rest stops and they put up newer smaller ones. For the most part, the ladies room bathroom lines are exorbitant. New Jersey taxpayers could’ve saved a lot of money by keeping the old buildings and just cleaning and renewing the interior. In addition, the Food lines are twice as long also. Who is the person or persons making the policy decisions? Perhaps you’re looking to save money on heating and air-conditioning? Give me a break. Failed grade for me!

Stopped at this rest stop to use the restroom the morning of June 20th around 10:45 - 11am, the ladies bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was NO TOILET PAPER in the majority of the stalls and there was NO SOAP in any of the soap dispensers to wash your hands ( I TRIED THEM ALL)…There were no workers in sight. It’s early in morning, why is the bathroom filthy with not toilet paper and no soap…THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE…DO BETTER.

No more starbucks is a little disappointing and atmosphere is different than it used to be. I just pass it by now not worth going in anymore as they have changed everything around.

Gas station crew looked like they picked them up from outside of a rehab. No
one greeted, or barely spoke to me at all. Beside one man yelling “yo” repeatedly across the parking lot to, I guess, tell me not to go to the pump I was going to and to go to the next one.

Went there today so my toddler could use the restroom. Was happy to learn they have a Family bathroom with a full size and small size child toilet (with low toilet paper for them to reach), diaper change station and two sinks (both full size). It was clean and perfect for our needs. Several food options inside with a number of tables where people were eating - also clean and tidy.

It sounds funny to say but I look forward to visiting this service area. Celia Cruz Service Area is so inviting and well-designed. I love the furnishings and fabrics they chose for this place. It looks so nice and is always clean. The people who work here are friendly. I especially love the music when you first enter and enjoyed reading all about Celia Cruz. What a neat person!
