Went in today at 10.23 to get 1 hour glucose test and got in a room to be told they can't do the test cause they close in a half hour. Why does the site allow you to schedule an appt with the option of 1 hr test? They don't tell you until you get there in a room? As working in customer service this is poor service and inconvenience.

Easy to make appointment, very clean location. Staff is excellent. Gloria is professional, courteous and friendly. She is excellent and I did not feel the venipuncture. Highly recommended to make an appointment as you will be in and out.

I had to wait for thirty minutes even tho I had an appointment, the sign in machine apparently did not recognize my qr cide which I placed under scanner, also the mobile sign in apparently told me I was a minute late and I had to make another appointment, I was ten minutes early for my appointment, usually I never wait, so fix that sign in scanner please.

Love Quest for tests, super easy to schedule on line and no wait at the office. Staff is super friendly and always are able to take a blood sample very quickly and painless.

The lab technician was great, had a positive attitude and gave me answers to any questions that I had about my blood work. The facility was very clean.
