As a new customer I felt confused not knowing what to buy thankfully they have samples on site so you can make sure you enjoy what you’re buying, I come here for my vitamins and protein powder. They have great deals to make everything affordable, customer service is also amazing. I stopped by thinking I would pick up some samples, try them when I can but I walked out with everything I needed! Most importantly I was confident I wouldn’t be returning until it was time to restock

Lady was very nice who helped me, I just moved to the area and I was looking for a store that had some supplements I use regularly along with some protein bars and she has a decent selection of both, plus they make protein shakes for people in the back which is convenient. Has everything GNC has but it's better because it's a local mom and pop shop!

My wife recently had bariatric surgery, and her surgeon recommended this store for her protein powders and vitamins. The people there were super knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile to help us. When she wanted to try a specific protein powder, they made a broth for her right there in the store! And the prices are reasonable with lots of sales on the things we need. Highly, highly recommended!
