Absolutely the best and most accomodating Marina around. From Jackie in the office to any of the employees or owners, they go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. They even brought my boat and waverunners back from Wildwood NJ to Forked River NJ for me. Highly recommended.

Being possibly the 1st Upgrade with DPS addition - the crew jumped through hurdles with Volvo to get all systems working as it should.

As the owner of my second Formula boat, I’ve unfortunately become well-acquainted with a wide range of technical and mechanical challenges that seem to follow these otherwise impressive vessels. That said, one consistent bright spot throughout this experience has been the exceptional service and support provided by Tides End Marina, and in particular, their Service Manager, Chris Malawich.
Chris is, without question, the most knowledgeable, dedicated, and responsive marine professional I have ever worked with—across both the boating and automotive industries. He picks up the phone 24/7, including weekends and holidays, and doesn’t just give lip service—he shows up. On more than one occasion, he’s gone well above and beyond, including coming to my aid during his personal time on the Fourth of July to help resolve a critical engine failure. That level of commitment is almost unheard of today.
He not only understands these complex boats inside and out, but he also truly cares about his customers. His willingness to drop everything to keep me and my family safe and on the water is something I won’t forget—and it’s why I trust no one else with my boats.

Simply Stated...Roxie is One in a Million and we are blessed to have her a Tides End Marina.
Organized, energetic, helpful, responsible are just a few of her attributes. She always makes time to listen to our requests and works tirelessly with the Marina Upper Management to resolve issues that arise. All transactions are professionally done with accurately and always with a smile. Her 2024 bathroom renovation of the marina bathhouse was a welcomed upgrade which created a very inviting, functional facility. We Love Our Roxamillion!!

Tides End staff is very experienced and knowledgeable. Excellent service and always helpful with advice if you choose to DIY. Chris, aka C3, and the team are great to work with and honest. This is sometimes very hard to find in the boating world.

I can’t begin to say enough great things about Roxy at Tide’s End Marina. My SeaDoo purchase journey from Tide’s End began with a rocky start and some frustration…. Then Roxy was introduced to the equation and everything got better with Tide’s End. She establishes instant trust and is a GREAT communicator. Incredibly friendly and responsive. I’m almost sad that I don’t need my registration anymore because that means I don’t get to talk to Roxy anymore. 😂. Thanks ROXY and Tides End for a great transaction!! Give Roxy a raise!

Love Tides End Marina! We had our sailboat mast collapse and Chris & Staff were incredible in their fast response to get us back on the boat.
They took our boat across the river to another marina where they had a crane to hoist it back into place . Pete made sure all was secure so we could use it for remainder of season & he helped us wrestle the broken gooseneck from the boom. The boat is almost 50 yrs old so that salty old part took some skill to get apart without any damage. All done with a great attitude , humor , professionalism & patience .
This marina is awesome with quick & professional service !

We recently purchased a Chaparral from Tide's End. Our purchase experience was mixed overall but working with Chris '3' who is a marine tech there was so positive that we're really happy with our final experience. Chris 3 did a live video sea trial with us, sent us multiple videos and photos and sent us a detailed write up of his thorough initial inspection. He has answered all my endless questions and helped me to get everything working properly. We felt confident buying the boat sight unseen and have the boat working well because of Chris 3.

I have been boating for over 40 years and have experienced many marinas and marine service centers. Without any reservations I can tell you that the people at Tides End Marine are by far the best I have experienced. Chris the owner is very customer oriented. Roxy in the office is right always ready to go an extra mile for customers. Chris 3 who runs the yard makes sure that all work is done with the highest standards and without delay. Everyone there is ready to help get your service done in a timely and and thoroughly complete manner.

Amazing communication and follow-through on Service.
I try to keep my Formula top-notch service wise, but we're on Long Island!
Chris had a spare SUS for my IPS Pod drive that I've been dreading the day we need to replace. We jumped on the chance to have a spare in NY. I have heard of long lead times for these parts. Part was delivered while doing complete pod replacement for my friend.
Now my friend, with another 40pc and I , are set for emergency without losing a season.
We will be taking the boats to NJ now for complete EVC-E update.. These are the guys I trust.
