“Major shout out to the Sales Manager, Rick for being the absolute best! I had a terrible tire blow out on the parkway with my baby in the car yesterday which was beyond terrifying. When I got to Quality tire, Rick reassured me everything will be OK! This location had a play area which was my saving grace as I was over an hour away from where I lived, so luckily my baby was busy while Rick did everything in his power to assist with my situation. Even though, my tires were not available at Quality tire and they ended up not getting any “business” from me, Rick helped me while I scrambled to get tires from other locations by where I live and made sure no one was taking advantage of me, educating me on the proper tires I need, providing me with all the product size and information & guiding me all day until my dad came and got us. I have never been treated with such respect and care from a Manager in my entire life. It was so refreshing being at an establishment that actually cared about someone’s well being and just doing the right thing to make sure things were taken care of properly.

I use them every time for my business, Toms River Locksmith, and our trailer. I put 10,000 miles a year on my trailer, and I rotate them to add life, but they wear quicker than car tires.
They always have my tires stocked, and replace them that day. Best price in town, I used to go to Hecht, where I bought the trailer, but they just got too expensive.
They are honest, fair and fast. They are straightforward and care about your safety.”

“Story to be told! We are going on 20 years with this company.
Trusting the Techs and Management to keep the vehicles in repair and safe for us to be on the road and that trust has never been broken!
Story is my daughter needed a tire repair and went to a local well known tire service franchise, no names mentioned here.
The manager told her that she needed 4 new tires and shocks .
Pushing the service be done immediately because the vehicle was not safe to drive!
Second opinion wanted by Mom and Dad and there is no need for tires and the shocks are not needed to replaced!

“Tom and John were amazing!!! My service engine light had some on, I did not have an appointment, and they took me right in. After the free diagnostic test, Tom came out explained the issue was the thermometer and what was happing with the broken thermometer. Tom and John gave me the prices all broken out, parts labor etc.... that was greatly appreciated. I choose to proceed; Tom came out from time to time to let me know the progress. I then asked Tom while the car was there could they ddo an oil change and rotate the tires.... No problem done!!! This is all very important because in May I had contacted the corporate office because I believed the service manager at that time was up charging customers. I swore I would never step foot in there again. Cody the regional manager went down there and observed and did what needed to be done. Last week my sister was here from out of town, unbeknown to me she stopped at Mavis, she had an issue on her ride down with car. When she came, she proceeded to tell me how wonderful Mark was and what he had done for her. Brought her car in, noticed who had done her oil change didn't put a plate back on correctly, fixed the plate and didn't charge her. I had to call to thank him. Amazing customer service!!!!! After all this I have to say, Mavis is what Mavis used to be if not better!!!! I highly recommend Mavis in Bayville. Phenomenal customer service, excellent mechanics and I really believe a place that can be trusted. Cody when you brought John, Tom and Mark in you hit the jackpot. They truly are and asset to your establishment and I will return and recommend them over and over again. Thank you!!!!”

“They took my car on Memorial Day weekend without an appointment for a tire issue resulting in needing a new tire. They applied the tire warranty and let me know I needed brakes and rotors in the front. They even squeezed in an alignment. Great job!”

The only issue was the oil change price online for full synthetic was not what I was charged. I was charged a higher rate.
