Great customer service and a very nice waiting room. They were much quicker than I thought which is always a good thing. It's on Fort Dix joint base so I was able to use my military star credit card with 0 percent for 12 months.

Ridiculous price, asking the price before you went.
Can’t believe this is on base. Also make sure they have the parts, otherwise you will drive back and forth like me for no reason!!!!!!! Even you already make an appointment! They don’t know what they have!

Ordered 4 tires and they said it would take up to 3 days. It's been a month and still no tires. No follow up with a phone call, no nothing. Ended up canceling the order and buying the tires in another place.

Firestone is on fort Dix military Base and there was a time when I could use my military Star card to pay the bill but for the last 6 months they have refused to take the car saying that the machine doesn't work that seems something that's fixable so the low score is the result of me not being able to pay with my military Star card.
