I have frequented this location many times in my 20 years working on Ft Dix. Most employees go above and beyond to assist with all of the customers needs. Today, I stood there for 20 minutes, waiting to mail a single package. The male employee saw me standing there and ignored me. When I finally yelled out “Is the system down”, he said “It’s coming up”, so I asked “ How long does that take” to which he responded “Don’t know” and walked away. Someone finally came over to help and apologized. I’d rather go to a kiosk than to return to this location.

HOURS that are online n on thier door is NOT the hours they open thier doors. On a Friday arrived to the coast office on base Ft Dix.at 11:00. Sign says doors open at 10??
Called a gentleman answer he said oh I ll have to ask someone to unlock the doors... WHY?? should they doors be unlocked and hour ago?

I had the same experience listed in the previous posts. If you live on base and have any credit card or debit card sent to you it likely will never make it to your mailbox. Please have them delivered via FedEx or similar, not regular mail. I hope this will help someone.

Received an informed delivery message for multiple debit cards… but they never made it to the mailbox. A card was activated and then charged for $1800 at USPS PO and another ATM. IG complaint filed. This has been happening to other residents for months. Unacceptable.

I recently discovered that six credit cards and 2 debt cards were stolen from my PO Box. This is highly concerning, as it reflects a serious lapse in security at the post office. Given that tampering with mail is a federal offense, I urge the appropriate authorities to investigate this matter promptly. It's totally unacceptable.
Why is no one investigating or shutting down this post office?

They’ve been closed All week “due to staffing issues” and each time, they scratch out the note that says when they will reopen and put another day (ex. Will re-open Tuesday. Tuesday is scratched out and says Wednesday. Come back on Wednesday and Wednesday is scratched out and replaced with Friday. Come back Friday and Friday is scratched out and says saturday) yet each time, there are tons of people inside behind the counter just sitting there doing nothing. On days when they ARE open, it’s hit or miss. Half the time when you come, they have a sign up that says “be back at 330”(or whatever time) despite it being operating hours.

Pure laziness. You would think on a military instillation they would be open during lunch hours but not the case. Also went to get a package that was there and the lady told be she wasn’t going to look for it. When I went to get my mailbox keys had a terrible attitude about going to get them and they were about to close.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst service EVER!! They are way to lazy to deliver packages and half the time regular mail. ?They said they "tried" to deliver a package at 10:19 pm.....it was 7:19 when I got this notice!!

Received a package in my P.O. Box that was clearly opened and stolen. When I called, I was advised from a worker that they delivered the packaged unopened and that someone in my house took it instead. I told them there’s no one in my house that opened the package as I have only babies in the house. Instead of apologizing and trying to figure out what happened, I was instructed to file a claim. Clearly, someone opened the package as the post box is locked. If they didn’t steal the package, then they should have filed a damage report to clear their name; however, they didn’t and just delivered the package as is.Terrible service.

They make their own hours. Says opens at 10 but really it’s when ever they feel like opening up.

Worst place ever I got there at 9:30 waited till 10 which is supposed to be the time they open it was 1015 and no one opened the door, I could see the people inside chatting but no one came to open, I sent a package and it never arrived at the destination on time I am still waiting for it.

Received the "driveway blocked" generic lie after 3 day late package. Have a camera that records entire front of house, they never even came. Opened a report with USPS. I understand being late due to weather, ect, but don't lie about it.*Update* 6 min later another entry stating lost by carrier-undeliverable. Went from couldn't deliver to lost in a 6 min span. Interesting.
