First time here. Solid supermarket. It had everything I needed. Huge, well stocked, clean, and bright. My cashier was a very confused person. I will leave it at that. Pros: Huge parking lot, Starbucks inside, and 5% discount for Senior Citizens on Tuesdays.

Disgusting! Everything is always rotten! Bought home salsa and it was bad had a white film over it. Expired food always on shelves, produce section is even worse. So gross. I would give it no stars if I could

Self checkout machines are a joke, and anything but convenient. I have yet to checkout without needing a store clerk's assistance - WHAT A JOKE and the Joke is on US ! the customers.Prices are higher than they should be,and there aren't enough sales items.or promos/case stacks/specials and yeah there's still a HUGE pothole in the driveway, Big shout out to Bill the cart guy He is awesome !!!! ,everything else not so much.

I come here regularly because it's close by and they have a parking lot. You can find mostly everything you need here and the store is generally organized. As others have mentioned, they have a pharmacy and a flower shop and a Starbucks within the store, so definitely a one stop shop. I think their prices are also reasonable. My only complaints here are the rotisserie and the self scan check out. I went i the rotisserie at 11 am one morning on a weekend and the chickens still weren't ready at that time. I think they should have them going from when they open or at least 9 or 10. Their self check out can be a little wonky too. It's very sensitive so even if you've made it might tell you to remove the y scanned item from your bag, and an employee will need ti come and assist, which can slow things done. Besides these minor issues, it is a reliable supermarket

Why can't Acme fix the huge and very deep pot hole in their parking lot at the Lemoine Ave entrance?? It's been there for what, two years?? It is inexcusable that they can't fix it. Reflects very negatively on Acme store mgmt.

Nice to see the Fort Lee market get a face lift. However that does change the fact that your prices are Shockingly High ! and your Deli counter is Disgusting. Nice people horrible quality and terrible variety. Take my advice clean up the deli counter

Convenient, but wildly over priced. They have a huge selection and options, but you're paying $5-$7 for a bag of chips you could get at Aldi's for $2. Their meat selection wasn't bad and the prices weren't as bad compared to other departments. Would def drive a little further to Aldis to pay less then 50% of the price.

This store is clean and neat and they have a wide variety of products. I really enjoy the produce, barbecued and fried chicken, the cole slaw and the produce. I have repeatedly stopped in for a quick, delicious lunch. I really like this store for that and the prices are good. Each time I stopped in, the employees were helpful, professional, personable, polite and efficient. Check it out! The Director is Michael Winschuh and I have been served by Sakura, Sabrina and several other employees when shopping.

On the good side, you can choose 4 packs of meat (chicken, pork or beef) for 19.99 dollars. Occasionally you can buy 3 packs of blueberries, strawberries or raspberries for 10.00 dollars. Also there are lots of ingredients for baking. One the bad side, we have occasionally bought food that turned out not to be fresh. The supermarket really should check the products they are selling to make sure they are fresh - the swordfish steaks were pricey but, when I took them out of the freezer to cook, they smelled bad. I now realise I should have smelled the fish before I bought it. I just took it for granted that it was fresh when the butcher wrapped it up and handed it to me. The mixed melon salad was fermented. The raspberries looked good on top but, fortunately the plastic container opened in the shopping cart, were completely moldy at the bottom.

I have not been in Acme Ft Lee for years. I was a bit surprised that there was no one spraying the cart handles before I came in. I guess I am use to ShopRite. I saw a few people with masks under there nose and no one who worked there said anything. The store was very clean. The prepared foods look like they had seen better times. Overall I did not feel at all like my business was appreciated.

I am very grateful to this Acme in particular for constant good service. I have asked for some things (eg, Braggs apple vinegar, plain regular non-fat yogurt), and they have not only listened, but almost within the week, they have the item(s) stocked, and then regularly thereafter. It is a real pleasure to have such service, when there is so little in so many places. They are hardworking, and I think, really undervalued. Our town can be very demanding, and they go above and beyond. I think they should be recognized for their superior and responsive customer care.

These guys freaking stink. I get the difficulty of placing an online order for pickup, i get the website being down. the selection generally is okay, and i was grateful they let me buy a thing of toilet paper. But I am beyond furious. These A--holes, canceled our grocery pickup 3 hours before we were supposed to get it. Do you know how hard it is to get into their website, then actually get a time slot? It's almost as difficult as achieving global peace, and they cancelled our order. We were doing everything right. I hate you right now Acme, you've seen the last from our family. DO NOT GO TO ACME!

I'm not usually a fan of this store, years shopping here and always long lines/ not enough cashiers. **BUT TODAY**, during the COVID craziness, I met a manager (JEN!) who went out of her way to help a senior citizen, even giving her a face mask bc she didn't have one. She then helped me, offering to search the back for an item that wasn't on the shelf. She was very helpful, Pleasant and cheery! THANK YOU JEN for passing along some of your joy during all the madness

Times have changed dramatically and the situation today needs to be considered for the very difficult situation all grocery stores have with fewer employees (teens kept home by their parents, huge stress on staff with shortage of goods, longer hours, upset customers many blinded to the human other side who can take an otherwise fair complaint and make a mountain out of it - Folks - Be thankful the store is operating and the workers are risking their health and lives of their
