Joel and his coworker were very thoughtful patient kind, and respectful. The young woman that was working with him was amazing. I’m sorry I forgot her name. The Fortlee AT&T store is wonderful highly recommend. Please acknowledge these two wonderful employees at your store and give them a raise. Highly recommend we see you soon. This AT&T location store , There is a Korean employee named “Robert”is very friendly and professional. He is proactive in all difficulties, knows how to solve them, and communicates very well and in an easy-to-understand manner. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I’ve been having problems with dropped calls and inability to make calls. I’ve done online diagnostics and spoken with AT&T tech support to no avail. I walked into the AT&T store located in Linwood Plaza(Fort Lee NJ)and sales rep Joel S. immediately knew what to do. He installed a new SIM card! Thank you Joel!
