I’ve been having problems with dropped calls and inability to make calls. I’ve done online diagnostics and spoken with AT&T tech support to no avail. I walked into the AT&T store located in Linwood Plaza(Fort Lee NJ)and sales rep Joel S. immediately knew what to do. He installed a new SIM card! Thank you Joel!

props for Joel manager and Robert associate in the fort lee location. i when there with a apple watch i needed to set up for my son. i (didn’t even buy the watch there). yet of every location including apple store they were the only ones able and willing to help. recommend this location and all the stuff 1000% to everyone.

Went in the other day to upgrade my phone, the service person Brian was extremely helpful from helping me choose my new phone to transfering all my data from my old phone. He also helped me take advantage of the bundles they had to save money. I had a great experience and everyone else in the store seemed really helpful as well. Would recommend, especially the help I got from Brian!

DO NOT GO HERE - this location upcharged me adding services that were not requested and cancelled my insurance more than doubling my monthly insurance cost. My subsequent bill was a surprise with extra charges that I had not asked for. Brian is not someone I would ever want to work with again.

This store opens whenever it wants to. Not open on time today not open on time last week. I come here specifically because its on my way to work so I am on a very tight schedule. And when I do come in a female manager just takes my name and asks what I came in for saying that the reps are busy. She has an Ipad in her hand and when I ask her why she couldnt help she just says that she is the manager. What happened to the other manager at this store? Ronald was so helpful. Will try to go to another location in the future. Beware, call to make sure they are open before coming to the store.
