The BEST car repair/auto body shot in Fort Lee, hands down. Had a flat tire and some minor body damage where the jack was improperly placed when the spare was put on at a shop in The Bronx. When I got to BGC, a tech took the tire and the owner of the shop (Effie) took a look at the body damage. For no charge he was able to pound out the dent and told me to come back when its not raining and he'd even tough up the paint. 20 minutes later the tire was repaired and back on the car. I've come in for other minor stuff in the past, and always had a good experience. Yes, you might have to wait, it can get busy. Quality of work, fairness, and reasonable price make it worth waiting.

I am very grateful for Effie. He took very good care of my car. He was honest, professional and compassionate to our situation. And his price was very reasonable. We came to NYC on Sunday11/17/24 for a short trip. As soon as we got here. Our car got over heated and had a leak. AAA towed our car to an approved garage 54th Auto Center in NYC. The next day they called and told me it will cost $1900 to start the work but will not guarantee I can drive back home until they do another test? Hum? Scam?
BCG Auto was highly recommended. Effie fixed my car at a fraction. I highly recommend this place for all your car service needs.
Honesty and integrity is very hard to come by in this industry but this is the place you will find it. Thank you so much Effie. You’re a life saver!

Effie and BCG Auto team are superb—professional, reasonably priced, efficient, and quick.
TLDR: I have been to a few auto body shops, and I am glad I found one I’ll go to for life. Very precise with estimates, professional, and straight to the point. No nonsense.
Detailed explanation: I came in for three services. Effie explained that only two were needed (brake fluid flush and brake pad change), and my further research proved it to be truth. Transmission fluid replacement wasn’t required, as Effie explained. It’s very unusual for an auto shop to tell you that you need fewer services, not more.
Effie gave me the price upfront, which was quite reasonable, and charged me the same amount at the end. I liked Effie and the team so much that I asked for another service I was planning to do at a later time. I enjoyed the experience so much that I’ll be back again this week. Thank you for being the best auto repair shop I’ve found. Wishing you all the best in business, and see you soon!

Had to change my review from a 5 to a 0/1 star. Normally really good but apparently today that didn’t have time for me. I saw them take customers right infront of me but couldn’t help me today. I showed up at 8AM at 9AM boss told me he’ll call me will get to it soon. I called 2 times. First time they said they’ll call me back in 5 minutes. 2nd call was 2 hours later they said no update yet. It’s about 2pm now. They close at 6. I called again no answer so I showed up. 6PM closing time I get my first update because they couldn’t call me to tell me they couldn’t work on my car today. They didn’t even lift it or touch it. They had my car for 8-9 hours and I asked 3 different times will it be ready today all times they said yes it would and at 6PM again they didn’t even look at it. If you got time to waste this is your place to go.

BCG Auto is by far the best mechanic and body shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with.
I’ve been going to BCG for about 10 years for anything and everything car related. I’ve gone there for oil changes and general maintenance to major repairs. They are very reasonable with their prices, efficient in the work they do and the owner is a very honest and decent guy. Effie and his team have always been extremely helpful and accommodating. I will always go to BCG for all of my automotive needs! Very highly recommended!!!
