Not bad, breakfast area was literally in front in the lobby where you check in at.

One a recent trip my 7 year old daughter needed a restroom immediately, I pulled to the closest place that would have a bathroom. My wife takes him into the lobby of the hotel and asks for to use the restroom, 3 employees were present and told my wife that my little daughter could not use the lobby bathroom because we were guests. As someone who has worked at hotels this was appalling.

Be careful when leaving. It can be dangerous as the location is on the highway of route 4. Make sure the road is clear from vechiles when driving off the ramp of the hotel.

The attention is very good. Now the rooms are horrible, dirty carpet, soaps with strange smells, the beds are not bad. But the rooms are in a common hallway, and at night people who enter can hear a roar from the hallway door that doesn't let you sleep. The closets are ugly and old, like from the 70s. I didn't put my clothes inside, just to be safe, because you never know. The breakfast is inedible, a hard croissant about 2 or 3 days old, boiled eggs, almost dissolved on a metal tray. Come on, I think a Super 8 would be better than this establishment. I don't plan to stay in that place again. I feel sorry for the staff who were very kind, they deserve to work in a better place.
Rooms: Horrible
Walkability: There is no access if you don't have a car.
Food & drinks: Breakfast is horrible, I think that's why it's included in the price.

booked a room for two adults and two children through booking and it was very disappointing
What is suspicious is that we received a last minute confirmation for only two guests.
The room and beds was extremely small and clearly designed for only two guests. Additionally, there was a strong, unpleasant odor, which seemed like an attempt to mask a smoke smell with perfume, it significantly impacted our stay and ruined our family vacation.
The receptionist refused to listen to us and said It is what it is I can't do anything for you or refund you.
If you want to ruin your stay, book here.

Good, clean, rooms ok. Not cheap but in the best western standard. Reaching Manhattan is not very easy but possible with a bus. ($9 round trip) In 45 minutes, 1 hour. Prefer line 159 R (fast). The hotel offers a real breakfast in the morning. It also features a gym.

The staff members were nice but we had a problem. The fan, heat, and lighting in the bathroom is insufficient for removing moisture and seeing well. A watery film built up on the mirror and the floor. My husband slipped and fell hard, hitting his head and hurting his back. When I inform Tatiana at the front desk, she was sympathetic and apologized, however she did not take notes nor write down any information about my husband's fall, the room number, or having maintenance check the strength of the bathroom fan and dim lighting. So, while I did inform their staff, I did not see any evidence of them planning to investigate and make improvements. I hope no one else will slip and fall and be hurt like my husband. I hope if they see this, they will check it and make improvements. It did seem like everything was new and remodeled, and I asked Tatiana but she said she did not know if it was recently remodeled. If it was just remodeled, they chose fans/lights, heat which are not powerful enough to get rid of the mist and remove the danger. If the lighting was bright, it could be noticeable there was a wet floor but even the lighting was insufficient.
Other less crucial info: This hotel is right off the beginning of rt 4 (exit 72A) after the George Washington Bridge. For people unfamiliar with the area, this means cars are speeding and you have to hurry to get to the right side immediately because the driveway comes up fast, with no leeway; it is right off rt 4. exit 72A. Exiting the hotel is tricky, too, because it goes right back on rt4 and cars speed -there is no side street to enter or exit from.

I am giving a one star review because it is the lowest review, I can leave the management of This property came to our room door over a faulty fire alarm being very rude and disrespectful towards my Partner, my partner could not believe the manner she was Being spoken to with so much disrespect and rudeness from someone and management
She had them told my partner that we had to leave the premises or she was going to call the cops. She refused to refund the two nights we had left to stay upon speaking to another member of staff. They notified us that she had also kicked out three other guests, on the same morning being very rude and disrespectful to those guest also the member of staff also said this is something That the lady manager does on a weekly basis We paid for our room in cash. I found out after other three guest paid their room in cash and manager is most likely. Keeping on refunded money for herself staff told me she is very disrespectful to them. Speak to everybody she comes in contact to like they are beneath her. And only for needing the job they would’ve quit a long time ago
Seems to be best western a rewarding Rude behaviour By management
Stayed in best Western hotels throughout the country from here on now I will never stay in western again after the way The management of this property has treated me and my partner think it is unbelievable for a lady to talk the way the manager of this property has to all gust and staff

My home in New York. Location is very good. It is very close to both New Jersey and New York. It is also very affordable for the price.
The rooms are large enough for business travelers.
Walkability: It has a long, beautiful garden.
Noteworthy details: Excellent location

Maybe I had low expectation. But I was pleasantly surprised. It was 2am, I needed a quiet room to get rest after a 30 hour travel, a clean bathroom to take shower, good wifi for video conference in the morning, conveniently located since I had to get to NY after, and served breakfast. Well breakfast was a shame but I was very happy with clean room and bathroom. Even had good TV, with my SciFi channel! I'm usually very picky with rooms. I looked for stains and hair on sheets and towels and floor but found none and then was able to relax. Considering I had no reservation and quickly Google mapped it to book it, I was very happy.

Only stayed two nights but witnessed at least 4 disgruntled guests. Reservation got screwed up even though we booked directly with the hotel (no 3rd party). All that said, Ricciardo handled himself with grace and professionalism. Manager did sort out the issues Ricciardo couldn’t.
Hotel itself is dated, not well insulated so you could hear everything happening above, below and beside you.
Value for the money is subpar but staff onsite were very helpful.
