YUNA the business account rep tole me that that they do not open business accounts to either consultants or small business. I left message for branch manager named Nicole who also did not call back. if you are a small business or a consultant business dont waste your time. YUNA, had terrible customer service and acted like she was the bank owner, when we couldn't understand her and she obviously didn't understand us as we explained to her 3xs what we wanted. there was NO follow through in building relationship with their customers! terrible service at this branch and Nicole the branch manager don't call back either so the whole branch is unprofessional and they need to clean house!!

One of their new ATMs shorted me $20 on 03/03/2023 at 1:32pm, and I didn't realize it until counting the money later. I know, always count before you pull away.... normally I do, but was rushed that day. There ought to be a customer service number on the receipt for any issues, but there's not. So, between a malfunctioning ATM, and no number to call on the receipt, count me as seriously disgruntled.

Worst Bank Ever. The 800 Customer Service Number is always clueless. The Engle St Branch in Englewood don't know how to communicate. Worst banking experience ever, 0 out of 10 recommend.

8 people in line, only one employee tried to help a customer who had some kind of problem. None of the other employees agreed to work even after I brought the situation to their attention. I had to wait more than 20 minutes.

There are never enough tellers on duty here, leading to lines and frustrated customers. Not sure if this is a management issue but I have been waiting here for 15 mins and the line hasn't moved other than when frustrated customers gave up and left.

I think they don't really care about their customers. Employees are chatting rather than looking at customers. Needs serious management improvement.

This is the worst bank branch I have ever done business with. The office is poorly managed, with dying plants, broken chairs and inexperienced staff. Don't go there unless you have to.

This is a very unprofessional place! Sitting in the second position the Korean woman is very impatient and rude! She looks like wear the mask and no any feeling! If I can I will give this place 0 star! Hey,you don't like your job and you can give it to someone else who more professional!

No one knows what they're doing here and the bankers are extremely rude with the exception of Erica. I don't understand how the staff is still employed nonetheless how this branch is still open considering the numerous bad reviews.
