    This company is a fraud. Intuit and IRS blames them for my wife and I not getting our tax returns back. DO NOT PAY FEES WITH YOUR RETURN OR YOU WILL LOSE THOUSANDS.

    A fraudulent account was opened in my name from Cross River Bank. After discovering absolutely no way to speak with anyone, I emailed them to get this account closed immediately. Via email, they requIred more documents -TO CLOSE THIS FRAUDULENT ACCOUNT- than the fraudster used to open it!
