“i love this daiso, they have plenty of sanrio things, a variety of snacks, pet toys, drinks, cute dishware and more. i have seen one staff be rude here when she made a mistake and blamed it on a customer. other than that they had good service and are willing to help out.”
“This store is my #1 forever; simply the best. It's for the poor, very cheap, and you will always find what you want. They sell things that others don't have. They are kind, gentle, and beyond. They make my life easier”

“Is it just me? I go to Dollar Tree for a couple of items and leave the store about $50 lighter. Have never been able to go in and out with a shopping list, always buy more than anticipated.”
“Today I visited This location gathering my last-minute laundry products and I definitely wanna give a quick shout out to Dawn !
She was so patient and knowledgeable, Working retail is not easy so having someone dependable like that on the team is always great. Overall, I always feel like the store is also well stocked and also organized however, I do feel that this shout out again is for Dawn. Here are your flowers, my friend you deserve it !
Thank you again !!”

They have a wide variety of household necessities, person necessities, decorations, and bedding. They have storage solutions for food and personal items. They also carry luggage and duffle bags. “Lots of items to browse from at $1.25 and up. Deals and specials from household, toys, toiletries, garments, cleaning supplies, beverages, snacks, dairy, stationary, etc. Although, this particular store was a bit messy, I can blame it on a recent truck delivery of their supplies.”

“This 99 cent is best the in central ave. The guys that work there are very professional and kind. There was an older woman there who started following me and my family around the store knowing not knowing are regular customers. ( guess she was new cause I never seen her before ) We always shop there for bubble wrap for my business or detergent since our laundromat is right next door from it. But other than that it’s very organized. I like it there. Small but have everything you need”
“This Family Dollar is always clean, organized and easy to navigate! The staff are great as well. Even when they're stocking the shelves, it's done in an organized way so you can still find the things you need. Shout-out to the management here!”
“I love this Dollar Tree. They restock on Thursdays, so Friday morning is the best time to go if you’re looking for specific items. They usually have quick, everyday essentials you might need, and it’s super convenient.”
“I have been here many times years ago but haven’t gone in a while. I stopped here today since I was in the area… it was ok I found what I needed and I saw that now it’s only self checkout which surprised me.”
“Had exactly what I needed (full size toothbrush holder case that I couldn't find anywhere else!), on top of that- very friendly, knowledgeable and kind staff. Neighborhood gem. Grateful they're there.”
“Dollar Fortune is an amazing find in Union City! This is a great store where you can find everything you need for your home, from small tools and lightbulbs to kitchenware, cleaning supplies, and linens.
It's a cheap store, and the quality is very good, especially for the price. The woman at the counter is very nice, and even though she only speaks Spanish, it's easy to communicate with her. It's worth a visit if you need something for your home.”
“The staff were nice , the store was clean they had a lot of products and were organized the only thing that was a negative for me was the parking lot it was small and tight”
“This store has a lot of merchandise to pick from for almost everything. The store is organized and clean. I usually go there to buy supplies for arts and crafts since I work with children and prices are ok.”
“I think this one of the best ones I've shopped at in the Bronx It is the store closest to St. Ann's Ave. It's a large store, well kept, good inventory and the staff are nice. This location typically has items that I don't find at other locations.”
“I've been to plenty of dollar tree's. This is by far the cleanest and most organized one i've been to. The staff was so helpful and patient. I came in to get 20 balloons, a task that would have been quite the hassle for a staff member to do. But Chrissy/Krissy helped me out, had so much patience, didn't complain once, and was very nice and easy to talk to. They were also very helpful over the phone. Locally, this is the only dollar tree i'm gonna go to in the future. I was pleasantly surprised.”

“Long story short, I needed to update the ugly boob lights in my apartment. I got the inspo (see photo), headed to Dollar Tree and ended up making this for under $8. So proud I had to show off.
This particular Dollar Tree was out of a lot of things. No hot glue sticks, entire rows in the crafts section out of stock.
I asked the manager about it and she was very kind. She said they just get whatever they send so you can’t even ask them to get products. Like it seems the inventory is random. This was around June 2nd 2025.
?Tip: They do answer the phone so give them a call before driving over if you’re going for something specific. Very good chance they’re out and you can save yourself the trip.”
“I absolutely love shopping at this Dollar General! They always have great deals, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. It's my go-to place for everything from snacks to household supplies!”
“Everything you need is in this store. Minus excellent customer service. They follow you throughout the store. Thinking you gonna pocket something? They so used to New York people doing so.”
“Cute dollar store with a lot of selection for party/holiday decorations. Staff are friendly and prices are good. I like it better than the Rite Aid next door which never has what I need”
“Great local store with a variety of products for your home. I was able to purchase silverware for the kitchen, cleaning supplies, socks, and even a lottery ticket. Very friendly store manager. I'm very thrilled to have the store close to my home also.”

“It's a good replacement for a Dollar Tree for the area, at least they sell things for 1.25 (the new dollar apparently) but check the expiration dates on stuff before you buy. I bought some snacks and had to exchange them cuz they were expired. But they gave me no issues since I had the receipt. Their return policy is only 7 days though psh so make sure to notice on time ?”
“Good place to buy the cash register women are good not the ones who be walking putting things on the shelves you are them a question and thay answer you with a nasty attitude”
