If the store opens at 8am as mentioned on google, they should be ready to go at 8am. Employee walks in slowly to the store at 8:10am and says we need to wait until she gets things set up. No apology whatsoever. Something is terribly wrong, so wrong.

They need to train their employees properly, they get confused about what they do and causing unnecessary long line. And, I wotnessed so many time over years that they always busy talking each other and not caring customers. I prefer UPS in same mall because they are faster and professional.

Terrible experience!! Maria the assistant manager DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS …. I really hope you take so many negative comments into consideration and try to better your services at this location!!! I will never be back to this location… very disappointed

I told a representative with glasses and a bald head that the OPEN sign is off and people would not notice if you guys are open or not and he never corrected the sign by turning it on.
There was no one that he was attending so there truly was no excuse.

I usually come to the store to do my printing. Haven’t been here in a while and I decided to show up just to print one sheet of paper ask if the, computers, print colors . Yesel She suggested I use the machine Because it’s quicker. I asked them again for help Because nothing was uploading on the email They suggested I continue trying to use the machine and wait for the email to be sent to me in the end. I actually mentioned to one of them that I wanted the printing to be smaller than what it actually is. I was going to use the computer myself and print it. Anyhow I was about to use the computer after about 30 minutes of me trying to used the printing machine. Yesel starts giving me attitude and tells me I did not inform her that I wanted it smaller when I informed her and someone someone else there. Then she continues saying it’ almost 8 PM and we’re closing. I said “ don’t be rude and I’ll be leaving, but she didn’t have to be rude about that. There were other customers in there that they continued with. And the guys working there was rude when I asked who the manager was and refused to give me a name . I suggest the manager to look at the cameras and see what the conversation was about because I have not been in this place with any ones so rude and disrespectful.

FedEx should train their delivery person in a professional way- 🤮 VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LYING that they “attempted” delivery when apparently they talked to me through a call when I was at my own house multiple times. So unprofessional lies and even horrible customer service staffs who do not care about service. Apparently, these sadness is actually from some people in your office or Jersey City center.
Edit: YOUR business client Club Monaco answered that the are AWARE of the reason of this kind of situations by “FedEx does not do their due diligence even with a valid address”. The customer service confirms this very clearly to me. DO YOUR DUE DELIVERY- a simple and easy job in this town.
Around two months ago, one of the women delivery person refused to deliver my international shipping to our unit even with signature REQUIRED haha. She excused herself with parking issue and LIED that Fedex is NOT delivering to the unit “as a POLICY” 😂😂😂 Duh. Are you crazy? Through phone call, she YELLED at me and hung off rude even after I explained that I can’t come down as I am sick- having every proof of my doctors visit.
Then she really did NOT deliver it to our unit and lied to their system as “unable to deliver” as if she never talked to me and listened what I requested gently. What a convenient way not to their own single job. So poor that other colleagues have to cover her being not working and lying up.
I even called to your customer service just to double check. Of course, you SHOULD deliver to the door front. Just move your ass as you get paid for it.
I decided to NEVER use FedEx for my own business due to their customer service’s don’t care attitude and this kind of unprofessional delivery person exists in private shipping carrier. Even USPS is not doing that.
This same woman delivery person seems to do the similar nonsense even to other local companies here in NJ- like left the urgent and important package just on the first floor not to the office unit.
What a consistent unprofessionalism even to their business account. She does NOT deserve to get paid for as she is barely doing her job. If you don’t want to deliver the shipment in a professional way, then you should not work in the shipping carrier company. So easy truth.
Maybe she is from Jerey city distribution center, I don’t know. It is so weird as all the people I met in person in this office was kind. I want you to investigate this issue and do something on her as this is jeopardizing the trust of your customers which is directly associated with your fortune.
First, every shipping carrier delivers to the DOOR FRONT regardless of it is located in the building or apt. Take the elevator. Every single other carrier- UPS, amazon, USPS do double park as our neighborhood is so safe as you all know.
Second, as for another FedEx horror story, one or two weeks ago, one of my shipping without any signature required was suddenly updated with a new address when it arrived at Jersey city Center as if they “attempted delivery” Yet, another package to this same address was delivered originally but somehow SOMEONE in your company edited my correct address to somewhere in Florida. I confirmed with Club Monaco that they never touched the address- so it is you again. What is happening??? Very unreliable shipping carrier- meaning that there’s no way to use it from my end.
So I always recommend other businesses people to stay away from Fedex and use UPS or USPS- at least they’re honest, not sick lying people like Fedex delivery people. I claim those delivery issues with my proof to your customers mostly brand online shopping- let’s see how it goes.

Worst fedex location, they refuse to scan packages if u have more than 5, and with 200+packages at the end of the day at 5:50pm, 10 minutes before closing the manager will refuse ur packages and tell u to come back when they have time, DHL and UPS would never disrespect customers like this manager at this location

The regional manager of this location should take note and train their employees on customer service, common sense and kindness. I was discriminated against this morning by the girl behind the counter. The same thing the young man did for another customer right next to me, she wouldn’t do for me. I bought a box from Fed ex and had a Fed ex label, I didn’t have tape. She refused to tape my box (1 piece on top and 1 piece on bottom). The guy behind counter next to us literally taped with a tape gun the box the next customer brought with her. But the girl helping me refused to do same for me. Discrimination ( and I bought the box from Fed ex!) the other customer did not buy the box she brought her own box and fed ex guy taped and closed for her at no charge. I was told I have to pay $10 for her to tape my box. 👀
