Rude, unhelpful, lazy. Directed me to a self service station, then to another FedEx location, gave me an incorrect address and couldn't spell the town it's in, gave up halfway through. Driver picking up packages refused to help further with just advice. Would rather drive to Hackensack than deal with the staff here.

Fast convenient service all the time. Have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. The people writing negative reviews must have gone to the store on the day they forgot to take their medication.

I did not expect to see two cockroaches crawling at my feet in a fedex store. I’m serious. Wow. I’ve been in here a few times and It’s poorly managed.

The staff is rude. It appears they learn this from their manager. The woman has been rude several times as well in the past but the employees learn from their managers so theyre on track to be just like her. If you ask questions about how to use the self serve machines, they get annoyed and try to convince you to pay an extra fee for them to print behind the counter. I never knew asking questions was a problemThen when I ask about shipping the short supervisor with glasses was unhelpful. Made sarcastic remarks and basically didnt solve any issues. This store needs new management for sure.

Worst fedex office ever! customer service is so bad with unfriendly attitude and they even refused to hold my package so that I can pick up?! Are they really fedex? Hold the package for customer is one of their job? And they don’t allow it?! ????????????

I had a really great experience at this FedEx each time I came. The first time I came, a few weeks ago, the woman at the front desk was welcoming, warm, and efficiently sent my package. No wait at all! Experienced excellent customer service and my package arrived to the destination quickly/on time! Thank you!

Went into this store on a quiet afternoon to send a Fed x package and buy a greeting card. There were two people working at that time with one helping someone at the counter. To send a Fed x pkg you now have to use a kiosk, which is not user friendly. After spending 20 min and 3 attempts to put in my information time and time again, I gave up. Went to the counter to buy a greeting card with cash and had to wait until the salesperson could open up her register. If you want to spend a lot of time not being helped and waiting around, then this is the place to go to.

I have used them a few times for various projects: tickets, posters, and business cards! I am never disappointed ?? always good quality and vivid colors. And of course very affordable. But the customer service is what keeps me coming back. They really go the extra mile to serve my needs and keep to my time frame …which is usually crunch time. ?

Avoid at all possible my recent interaction with front desk staff was disgusting. When I expressed shock and dismay (lol) at $4.50 for a bubble mailer the guy said why didn’t I bring one from home! I cancelled the shipment and went to post office. Faster and half as much. Horrible. I asked whatever happened to customer and service the guy said I am human too?

What is the point of having a package delivered by FedEx when all they do is come one time in the middle of the day while you are at work and put a tag on your door saying you now have to pick it up? It's stupid. No number to call except their call center and no way to get in touch with the pickup store at all. FedEx is terrible

Visited the store around 4:30PM on January 21, 2023 (not sure the name of the employee) - extremely rude, first accepted both of my packages, then called me while walking to my car and refused one of the packages as a result of an old battery sticker on the box. I told him it was a reused old Amazon box and I can cover up/peel off the sticker now, since there was only a metal car part inside that had no batteries. I also offered to open the box and show him inside confirming there were no batteries.I then peeled the sticker off and he said I would have to “drive to the Moonachie location where they take those boxes”. No logic in that, making a customer drive to another FedEx location to accept the exact same box. What he didn’t tell me is I can drop FedEx packages at my nearest Walgreens which was around the block - they happily accepted the same package without a problem.Definitely will not be going to this location again!
