The situation is such that the vehicle (mid-size and large SUV of company F) is almost impossible to maintain. The interior of the car is very dirty, and there is endless noise coming from the left rear of the car. Uncomfortable throughout the ride. Meanwhile, it may be a problem with the vehicle itself, but the steering wheel response is too light at high speeds. The wiper is also not maintained, so it hardly gets wiped. The problem is that customers cannot choose a vehicle.

I went to avis for a rental because it was close by. They denied me and told me i was on the no rent list. They couldn't tell me why! No explanation what so ever. No goos customer service. I went to hertz, and they took care of me very well. No issues, no problem. 100000 percent!

I booked a car and got a call from the rental next morning that they don't have any cars available so they are canceling my reservation but I can rebook for later in the day because they are getting the cars back in the afternoon so I rebooked and when I arrived at the location at 4pm I was told there are no cars available.

This was my 4th or 5th time renting from this location. In their defense, I never experienced today's tragedy, but I must rate now. When I got there, there was only 1 staff helping customers and had to wait. It took me an hour to leave with an electric vehicle that was only charged to 19%. The guy told me, when I charge it, Hertz is going to bill me. But EVERYWHERE i went they were charging me. So am I getting charged twice?! I didn't understand and the audacity to give me a car with a low charge?! I went to multiple places that claimed to provide Tesla super charge, all garages and all charging to park, NOT CHARGE! One place was $25, another was $50, I ended finding a public charging station but wouldn't had to leave the car there overnight! And i needed it! I ended up at another garage for $30 with the super charge. And they charged me $20 for the charge and $10 for the parking. I WILL NEVER RENT AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE AGAIN! THIS MAN KILLED MY TIME! I want my money back!

Highly Recommended! The 3 gentlemen (Adrian, Cris and Jay) are very attentive and efficient. They care about their customers - which you don't get from other car rental businesses in the area. In fact, I'd say they are the Best representation of the Hertz brand and it's their customer-centric focus that makes up for the unresponsiveness I've experienced from the corporate customer service dept. They're really great guys. Go see them!

I came here on a friend's recommendation and waited over 35 minutes for an attendant to speak to me ,his name is Chris and he really is a bad employee, he told me that I have to wait until the whole room empty out before giving me a car because I didn't have a reservation, he was not even polite,very aggressive and not helpful at all,I ended up leaving and rented from enterprise and it was the best thing that happen,because enterprise was amazing and accommodate it me asap without hesitation, I would not reccomend this location, chris is a horrible staff member that makes hertz look awfully bad

Adrian went above and beyond to help me out on a long holiday weekend. He is definitely a professional and cares about your experience when renting a vehicle from Hertz. I cant say enough how much his help was appreciated.

Horrendous! They tried to give us an electric car with less than 25% battery and no charging stations nearby. Do NOT rent a Nissan Altima. We drove over the GW bridge with the automatic breaks malfunctioning which caused the car to slam the breaks in mid traffic. This is a known issue with Altimas and several class action lawsuits! Incredibly dangerous.

Smoothest pick up and delivery that I had with a rental.The staff was really helpful and nice, made the whole process fast and easy.The current average rating does not reflect the experience you’ll have.Definitely I will chose this location again

DISHONEST CREDIT CARD CHARGE. Very slow to pick up the car with no one else in line it took 25 minutes. To drop off after hours, zero information given and no information when called in. Finally, I made an EXPEDIA reservation and HERTZ OVERCHARGED me $65 and then said it's not their fault but to go to Expedia. Never using this company again!

Nice place, been here to recieve cars for work, tend to always be a smooth experience other than calling ahead for a reservation and arriving to find out they rented out your reservation. Has happened to us a few times. But in person service, much better. Nothing stands out about this place, bland office that feels like youre in a museum display for the entertainment of giants and dinosaurs ?. I can say it was clean, although I didn't go to the bathroom so can't comment on that... overall, average... 3 stars simply because it's a hertz car rental and you can do what you're supposed to here. Nothing special to add there. Go get a car, and bring it back... also be sure to double check your charges, have had gas charges before with cars we've returned that had full tanks. Every was cleared up, but if we hadn't noticed, probably wouldn't have been.
