This bank is great especially Young Min Park and Jamie Lin! They Both gave me great service, they were super respectful and kind, very professional! I visited this branch on several occasions and was given great customer service.

Everyone at Citizens Bank in fort lee and very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I was able to open our bank account without any issues and all the bankers were so helpful helping us our business account and personal accounts as well! Ms. Gina was extremely thorough and helpful.

I wanted to apply for a business credit card. You cannot just do it over the phone or online, you have to make an appt online with a staff member, in order to fill out an app. I made an appt online with the branch manager. The manager never called at the confirmed time. I called the branch 20 minutes later and another member told me they were sorry and would call me back soon, in order to fill out the app. Noboby ever called or emailed. Complete waste of time!

Very small branch, offering complete services.Hopefully their move to new location in Jan., will provide quicker and more efficient banking.Presently their ATMs are intermittently functional.

This is no more HSBC it's citizens bank now. I am honored to serve here as a nightshift security, the establishment of this bank, it's reminds me the best days of my whole life at (Boston, MA ???). I was having an account at citizens bank only closed, cause I relocate from MA. Definitely I'll reopen it again best wishes to this new branch of citizens bank??☘️

Worst branch of any bank. Took forever to create my account, and than it turned out she entered the address incorrectly. This created a lot of problems. Don't use her if you come to the branch.

Came here to get the CD account with the sign on bonus last august. It's almost Feburary now. Still no sign on bonus. Everyone I know who got the account at the same time in other branches got their bonus months ago. I am a patient person, but this is too much. Is this a problem with this branch or with the bank as a whole?
