First time in my life, I've had a pharmacist call concerned I didn't pick up a prescription after some eye surgery that I had been calling all over town to fill. All drug stores were out of these drops, I called CVS Fort Lee to see if they had it - the pharmacist confirmed he did, he called the competitor to move my prescription to his store and filled it. I received the text the prescription was ready, was headed over as HE CALLED me to be sure I received the text and to come right away - HOW KIND! Thank you very much, I'm sorry I missed asking for your name young man - I am so very grateful.

Terrible service! My husband and I made appointments with the pharmacy and this location cancelled them without notification. Not reliable, unhelpful staff.

Worst cvs I have ever been to. Shelves are constantly not filled. Pricing is ridiculous. Cost for things is easily double what can be found elsewhere. The pharmacy is the only reason I go there and even that is pretty lackluster.

I usually come to this CVS location for all my pharmacy needs and for small items I may need. I also got my first and second booster here. It was very simple to book and the wait time was short. In general, this is a good pharmacy and there isn't usually a line for self checkout. However, today I did have an unpleasant experience I will share.I will echo what other people have said about the pharmacists. Their attitude isn't the best. Today I came to buy some topical medication for a really bad toothache and I asked if they had a cotton swab or q-tip I could use to apply it because I didn't want to wait until I got home. They just directed me to the aisle where I could buy one. When I asked if they had any behind the counter they could give me, they were less than helpful. How hard would it have been to give me a q-tip? I was in a lot of pain. I know you have cotton swabs somewhere if you're administering covid tests! It doesn't take a lot yo be kind. This doesn't mean I won't continue to come here but I do think the retail store is better than the pharmacy section.

This CVS is ridiculous! They charge you three dollars for Parking. The service at the pharmacy can be painful. They seem in capable of automatically refilling prescriptions. And the voice prompts to get someone on the telephone or torture. If I could they would get a minus Star review!!

This CVS is under staffed and under supplied, unless you're on foot and can't get to another CVS easily do not step foot into this dysfunctional establishment

It's shocking how a big fancy CVS is incapable of keeping its shelves stocked. Ever. Seriously, the local 7-11s are better stocked on pharmacy staples than this CVS.

I have been a wholehearted lover of CVS since my college years. My favorite thing after an intense round of finals is to stress splurge on make up and skincare products at the campus CVS. Does anyone else feel me on this? I love their returns policy which makes finding the right products that work for you so hassle free! Especially when it comes to skincare and makeup this is a MUST. Lord knows I have wasted so much money on unused products/products that don't work in the past. I have always found CVS locations to be consistently clean and organized and this location is no exception. This one is well stocked, well located. Clean! Which is essential during Covid. A girl cannot ask for more. A favorite thing to purchase at CVS lately has been all of the French drugstore skincare brands. Please give them a try and let a sista know what your favorites are! Also, they are known for their mile long receipts with all the coupons in tow. Don't sleep on them coupons, sometimes they will really save you a bundle and you know skincare and makeup aint cheap my friend!

There is a reason why this pharmacy gets rock bottom reviews. Allow me to explain. One of the most unfortunate aspects of this place is how the pharmacy is located in an externally appealing and pristine looking place. It is located in a pretty new commercial development and I can understand the appeal. However, once you deal with the pharmacy, you'll understand why it seems there are plenty of reasons to feel consternation about this place. First off the hours here are limited versus nearby competitors such as Walgreens. Not great when you're trying to find flexibility in terms of scheduling. The biggest issue though is the fact the pharmacist is often distracted and the overall service is terrible. On several occasions we saw her on her phone for personal calls, or not paying attention to customers at the register in a reasonably prompt manner when it is clear they are obviously waiting for some time. We've had questions about certain medications that were also not answered properly or not told of insurance coverage issues. In addition, the overall attitude of the pharmacist is just bad. The bottom line - this is the absolute worst pharmacy we've ever encountered and that's compared to some doozies in the city and elsewhere. Do yourself a favor and find some other place to get your prescriptions filled, you will save yourself a lot of frustration.

Awful. Absolutely awful. The pharmacy is horrendous, the staff is rude and when I needed my antibiotics filled they went out of their way to be unhelpful and I ended up back in the ER but then they text, call and email me like 100x a day to refill my anti inflammatory medicine that I don't take. Why go into this profession if you want to be a j*** to people with pneumonia? The rest of the store is trash. They usually staff like 1 local high school kid at the register and make them deal with a line of 5 frustrated people. It takes an extra 24 seconds to do each transaction because CVS prints off these 19 foot long receipts with coupons like it's 1986. Its like they're out to singlehandedly destroy the planet. This place is always filthy. The shelves are typically half stocked and anything good is always completely out of stock. The whole thing is actually kind of sad. It's in a nice new building in a rebuilt part of Ft Lee but it's mismanaged and as I mentioned the pharmacy is only there to peddle garbage and harass sick folks.
