10/21/2023 the female staff who works on Saturday has the NASTIEST attitude I've ever seen! I don't know what I could possibly did to piss her off by asking one single question! When I asked for her name, she said was Williams. I don't know how true that is. But I'm putting it here anyways and hope management and others can see. That was such a bad experience on a Saturday morning. That it's worth writing a review and a complaint letter for.

Needed to get stamps and just got in before closing time. Counter person was most considerate and accommodating.

I am very disappointed at the service quality and staff's attitude I experienced EVERY TIME I am in this office. They are all rude and act like we, customers are taking out their time. We spare time from our busy days to come during USPS office hours. I've had to witness the disrespect other customers get (elderly) from these people. HORRIBLE SERVICE

This is my favorite post office. There are quite a few to choose from in Fort Lee and in this area, but at this location you always get one on one attention and don’t feel rushed and always get the answers that you’re asking for. These people really are here to help you. So glad it’s down the street from me. It’s such a great part of this neighborhood.

Excellent post office, staff Aileen is the best, always have good attitude. If they could have a drop off box for packages that would be great so we don't have to wait in line to drop off. A lot of people come here instead of the Main Street, Fort Lee location due to the latter's horrendous service.

If you are looking to lose 10 mins, maybe more, of your life waiting for nothing. This is is the post office to go to. Went in on a Saturday morning just to drop off a package. One clerk assisting one customer for a whole 15 mins and more. Couldn't tell because my patience ran out. Clerk didn't even bother to try to multi task or ask for back up. Waste of time.

At 11:49AM on April 21st, I went to pick up Priority Mail envelopes, which were not there. And, I also had a question about shipping label. So, I asked the female officer on duty about where I could find them. The only answer I could hear was "I gotta go for lunch!" and took off. She just threw out address labels under the window. It was still prior to noon, enough time left to assist me with two simple questions, and by then, "office closed from 12:00-12:30PM for lunch" sign was already hanging out on the window. So, my point is that as much as I duly respect the their lunch hour, please respect the same for the customers, who spared time to arrive at the office on time. Five or ten minutes for USPS officers may not mean mean much to be flexible, but we, customers, spare them during our busy work hours, making it all the more important to be served and assisted during USPS' regular office hours. I am very disappointed at the service quality and staff's attitude I experienced today, which was way below what was expected. I think such poor service mindset and unprofessional attitude are the best way for USPS to go downhill and never recover, which I think is already happening in many regions of the US.
