The African-American staff member at this location was extremely disrespectful and condescending. She treated customers with a negative attitude and made the experience very unpleasant. I waited back in line to get help from another employee, who was very pleasant and professional. Management should address this behavior immediately, as it reflects poorly on USPS.

I’m here to pick up my package but everytime I need to wait for so many people in front me to get their passport service first because most of the time there’s only one person working here. Terrible experience

Brand new building, same terrible service. I came out of line and we to another town and I bet I got done quicker than that line. If you hate customers so much, don’t work in customer service.

Post master needs to investigate this location. My 80 year old mother went here to mail out a package and it was closed at 3:55 pm on Friday 07/11/2025. I plan to file a formal complaint but wanted to let everyone know what to expect from this post office.

Terrible customer service
The African American lady insults customers right infront of their faces as if they are deaf or don't know English. The Korean lady is nice to only Korean speakers, so don't bother with her unless you can speak in Korean.

Happiest, patient and most friendly staff members ever!! The best service. I was overwhelmed by how people can be so kind and nice. Love this place. Never expected to receive this kind of service when I walked in.

I live in Fort Lee but I do USPS business in other towns. It’s their customer service that drives me off that place, especially the one with the attitude and not even worthy saying her name. The new building didn’t improve their service.

I wish this post office took customer feedback here seriously. While working with the public isn’t easy, basic courtesy should be standard. Unfortunately, some employees here are consistently rude.
One employee (Black woman with distinct eyebrows) is consistently rude, throwing packages after scanning them and speaking harshly to customers, including an elderly woman who was not giving any trouble.
Song is friendlier to Korean-speaking customers, so her service varies.
Aileen or Eileen is the nicest. Straightforward, polite, and provides normal service. That’s the least customers should expect.

Sure my package was shipped off but as the reviews say, that African American lady certainly has an attitude. And it’s not because of her skin tone of course but she just happens to be black, if she had worn her name tag properly like a good employee maybe I would address her by her name but since she 1, showed an attitude and 2 didn’t wear a name tag all I can do is describe her an black lady. I don’t even want to say African American because maybe she’s Jamaican which in that case she’s neither African or American. I don’t understand what her problem was giving me sass because I didn’t have a pen or a customs slip. Very condescending tone. I literally protested in the summer of 2020 when Covid was going on for Black Lives Matter. And this is what I get in return? What else can I do to please them and for them to not be mad at me? I used to be a very big neoliberal who felt for minorities but now after a few bad interactions I am understanding the other side’s points. Absolutely unacceptable behavior and very unhelpful staff. Will not return to this post office and the ratings you see here should tell you something.
