“Such a fun experience to do with a friend! The staff was super nice and welcoming, ready to help if needed! The candle making experience is completely hands on and following instructions given on this pamphlet. The variety of scents for your candle was super impressive! I loved how the lavender and eucalyptus smelled. I would definitely recommend this gem to make your own candle rather than all the other places solely because it was only $50 to book online. Most would charge you more. I’m your sign to try this out!”

It has to be seen, I would definitely recommend seeing this building at night, it just looks so amazing, I never went in, it was enough for me to just be looking at it in person”

“4.5 / 5.0 - My friends and I came here for brunch on Easter Sunday and were in for a fun surprise.Robert is on top of the Museum of Arts and Design, with impressive views of Columbus Circle and Central Park. We’d made reservations in advance but unfortunately were unable to sit by the windows with views. We still had a very enjoyable meal in this spacious and stylish restaurant.We ordered the Rigatoni ($25+), Lobster Roll ($21+) and Scrambled Eggs & Caviar ($28+). The complimentary basket of bread and muffins was a nice addition.The food was good, but the highlight for me was the festive atmosphere and Easter treats. They had a cotton candy stand, where they offered free cotton candy. And during our meal, an Easter bunny came around, waving and posing for photos.I’m not sure how they celebrate other holidays, but I would love to be back again for more unique experiences as well as the views.”

“I have passed by many times but never had an occasion where u til last night. I was pleasantly surprised once I stepped inside because the outside is rather plain and doesn't hint of the tasteful and elegant inside. The front door opens to a lovely atrium area adorned with a huge flower arrangement in an urn with a bar and seating area. It is lovely tan and brown marble with bronze lighting fixtures and comfortable and booth seating. The food was done very very well. In stark contrast to a wedding I went to at a different well known catering hall a few weekends ago, the buffet was on point. The fried calamari was brought out small trays at a time often so that it remained crispy on the buffet. The cheese was delicious and actually tasted like cheese. The chicken franchise was tasty of lemons and butter and not overdone or mushy. The coating wasn't falling off in a wet heap like we sometimes see. The salads were fresh and delicious. The roasted peppers were certainly made in house because they had roasted flavor with brown grill marks and the garlic slices tasted like freshly sauced garlic. The drinks were on point. The bartender assured me she could make a good old fashioned, and indeed she did! I highly recommend this place”

Max is amazing and very helpful made my daughter’s Sweet 16 run smoothly and took the stress off of me and I was able to enjoy the night. And the desserts where do I even start everything was masterfully crafted and made with love. You can tell that the chefs really care about every dish that they make and take pride in it too. Also the staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Also the vibe was really cool we are in these barrels which had a nice atmosphere and further played into the overall experience of this steakhouse.”

“When it comes to the perfect view, day or night, this is the place to reserve a table. I highly recommend making a reservation with a note attached; it significantly enhanced our experience, especially with one of the best views in the restaurant. The portions are perfect for sharing, ideal for large parties. Unfortunately, our server wasn't at his best, due to personal issues, but the rest of the staff excelled in compensating and accommodating our party. Special mention goes to Wanita, who not only served our table with enthusiasm but also packed up leftovers for us. She was super friendly and accommodating. Very promptly about packing up the food into to go boxes. As soon as I asked for the ETA of our desert she walked out with ours immediately.The GM, Mr. Hans Nielsen, swiftly assessed the situation and implemented the best solution. It wasn't about lowering the bill; it was about his understanding of our discomfort and reassurance of Chart House's standards. I expressed my concerns, but they don't overshadow this five-star experience. Mr. Nielsen's professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction left a lasting impression. His proactive approach ensured that our dining experience remained enjoyable despite the initial setback. This is the type of leadership every customer deserves when eating out and we are grateful.Overall, Chart House exceeded expectations with its breathtaking views, delicious food, and exceptional service. “My experience at the restaurant was a bit overwhelming due to the noise and crowded atmosphere, especially on a Friday night with live music. Despite the tight arrangement of tables making it difficult to move around, the food and service were excellent. I particularly enjoyed the vegetarian dish with pasta and plan on returning for it. My friends also loved their salmon dishes and couldn't stop raving about how delicious it was. Overall, while the ambiance was not to my liking, the quality of the food and service made up for it.”

“As far as medium/large venues go, this is a really good one. I think of it as the Irving Plaza of Jersey City, except it has much better sound, and possibly better sight lines. Very decent sound system in fact, would return here for other shows. Unwound gave a great performance here.”
