I don't understand all the bad reviews tbh. Yeah the pharmacy is slow.. but that's almost all pharmacies, pretty normal to be honest. Staff is pretty decent, they do pretty good considering the amount of staff they have so it's not as bad as you guys make it seem. Some customers here are rude though, getting angry over cash rewards coupons and not being able to do walk ins for vaccines like come on it's 2023 get with the program, use your phone/pc to schedule an appointment. These customers are quick to make bad reviews but suck at trying to use the walgreens app/website ?. I don't see how this store has only 2 stars, it's really not that bad here.

Several months ago I witnessed a woman having a meltdown over this pharmacies inability to fill a crucial prescription for her son, despite the fact that the mediction was on "auto-refill" and she had received a message stating the prescription was ready for pick up. I laughed off the incident and thought it was an overreaction to the situation. Fast forward two weeks ago, the same thing happened to me. I could not get an agent on the phone and was forced to drive there to try to rectify this issue. I was met by a dismissive and unprofessional staff lead by the Pharmacist (Rich) who had zero personality and could not even look at me as I spoke to him. Fortunately, I found a near by pharmacy that had the medication I needed and transferred my prescription there. I expected better from Wallgreens, however, it is evident that THEY JUST DO NOT CARE about their customers. Take your business elsewhere as I have.

I always have a good experience there as the employees are nice. One female employee was very patient with me doing a reconciliation when I thought she didn’t count the number of items correctly.

Scheduled my flu and Covid vaccines online, got there a few mins before the pharmacy opened, and waited about 20 mins for paperwork and prep before they administered the shots. Staff were professional and nice, and I was in and out in a half an hour.

So sad……no stars……Richard the manager of the pharmacy should find a new occupation ……This poor guy can’t manage a 7/11 let alone a pharmacy……His behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional and is clueless when it comes to customer service. Transferred all my medication to a more upscale pharmacy. Some people need to grow up and take responsibility . But poor Richard will never be enlighten . Time to grow up dude .

The Pharmacy texted me that my prescription was available for another 5 days, I came on the 4th day and it was deleted.They didn’t have it in the system and left me sitting there waiting and were not able to resolve the issue.Lots of people were having awful experiences while I was waiting to see if they were able to fix my prescription issue, wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy at all

At this Walgrens the shelves where they keep the items are rusty and many times dirty. THE PRICES are high in certain items their coupons to be applied have very specific conditions to fullfill in order for us to get any discounts..Their bathroom was dirty and had a bad odor months ago we had to call the health department to check on it..we are not sure what happened, because we never get any updates from the health department of Fort Lee Nj ,if they check on any issues..Also their bathroom needs a window as well just like every other bathroom. The sidewalks that belong to this store near its entrance door are filthy dirty and so are the garbage bins too..It takes for ever to get any medications ready from them.Their discounted corner has only a few items and they are still expensive.Wehn we tell their staff that they show us the dollar store so to go there.We know the dollar store ,but why can we not get discounted stuff here?!Are the employees of this Walgrens connected to the dollar store and do not want to give us any breaks here ,so that we can get going to the dollar store which has raised their prices and it should be called DISCOUNTED STORE.They are also dirty too especially their bathrooms.

The Walgreens pharmacy here never picks up the phone. The phones are either broken, the store pharmacy is understaffed, or the workers are underpaid and untrained.Just try to call the pharmacy as a customer from the main line and see what happens yourself.When calling the pharmacy(which I’ve tried multiple times), the pharmacy manager never picks up and after 10-15 min, the call is just dropped.I even called the store manager, asked her to transfer me after trying the pharmacy a few times, and after 10-15 min of waiting every time the pharmacy hangs up on me.Considering the pharmacy department is one of the main reasons why people go to Walgreens, this is unacceptable.If someone needed a medication urgently, they would die before they got their meds. Or you would force them to go to the ER and spend THOUSANDS of dollars waiting for Walgreens to correct the issue.If the store is too busy, hire more people.Develop a call queue, get a pharmacy chat bot, put a feature to transfer prescriptions in the app. There are so many options BESIDES hanging up on customers.All in all I wasted at least 3 hours of my precious time trying to fill /transfer 2 prescriptions.If I knew it was going to be this hard to get to a person behind the phone, I should’ve used a different pharmacy instead.

This is the worst pharmacy. The pharmacists never answer the phone. I was just on hold trying to speak to a pharmacist for 25 minutes before I hung up. You can’t get through their automated voice system when you call without going through 5 minutes worth of inappropriate prompts. Once a pharmacist dispensed someone else’s medication to me. It was a controlled substance. I not only had the person’s name and address, but now I knew that they were taking a controlled substance. Dispensing a controlled substance to the wrong person is a serious medical violation. When I was nice enough to return the medication to them, which cost me 30 minutes, the pharmacist said, “Oh, we were wondering where that medication went.” Really???? Walgreens in Fort Lee should be shut down by the state.

Called with simple question and was put on hold for over 25 minutes. They would occasionally say hello and then put me back on hold. Awful service.

This review is for the pharmacy. Extremely unprofessional, will never work with you, will never answer your calls. With no customers around, the staff hanging around, they still do not answer phones. This is the worst pharmacy. The staff is miserable and angry. They must do something about this and have it fixed asap.
