Wish I could give 0 stars. I went today to open an account, but it was a good thing I went in person and realized how much of a ridiculous service I’ve experienced/ received. Nobody was doing their job right. Half of them didn’t even have answers to my questions. On top of that, they were giving me an Attitude. Filled with arrogance. Damn. I guess Wellsfargo really does have bad service.

I’m appalled by the lack of customer service and professional decorum I have received. My mother and I both left there feeling disconsolate. The staff of this bank is incompetent. I have tried twice to be a fan of this bank, but I can’t. I have never been to a bank where I can deposit money into my own account without it being an act of Congress. With a growing family, they have wasted my time more than once with their incompetence. I returned back for a second time and this time I faced discrimination. Save your time and bank with the Chase across the street. They are faster and way more efficient.

They just want to get pay and do nothing. bankers doing nothing , they have 4pm appointment but they stop working at 2:55pm, just waiting 4pm appointment.

Empty bank went to make deposit two tellers with back turned counting money third Korean guy with dark circles standing in between two tellers gossiping away while looking straight at me without greeting. Stood there for few minutes while he chitchat away again looking straight at me. Felt like I was back in high school getting the stare down. Stop your gossip and acknowledge your customers. Disgraceful customer service very unprofessional

I drove an hour from Queens, NY to make a wire transfer because there are zero Wells Fargos in Queens. I got here an hour before closing and was told by the manager all the bankers were busy. After the Wells Fargo account scandal the new CEO said they were going to change the culture and prioritize customer service. This is obviously not true and this was the last straw for me. I have been a customer/shareholder for 15 years with a checking, retirement, and brokerage account, but today have closed every single account and moved to JP Morgan Chase and Fidelity.

It's on a one way; you might miss it the first time and it's unclear how to approach it from a different side or angle. I missed it it drove around it a few times... but really needed to stop there before going to the next destination.

The manager here, Felix, was amazing. I had an issue with a check that was in the estate of my father addressed to my sister and me. I had gone to several banks, chase multiple times, Capitol one and each told me they were unable to help. Chase told me I'd have to hire a lawyer, draft a fiduciary and open an estate account. Felix told me to open a joint bank account in both my sister and my name and I was able to deposit the check. I have been dealing with this issue for the past year and running in circles. He is a genius and I am extremely appreciative for his help.The check cleared yesterday!

Interesting to read the negative reviews. Other than, at times, having to wait a bit to speak with one of the bank representatives as they were busy, I've had good experiences. Haven't interacted much with the tellers, but when I have they have been efficient and pleasant. Felix and Stefano have been great when I've spoken with them about my business banking needs! I only have positive things to say about my experiences at this branch!
