I recently took my in-laws to the Verizon store for an iPhone upgrade, and I can’t thank Patrick, enough for his outstanding assistance!
From the moment we walked in, Patrick was incredibly welcoming and attentive. He patiently guided us through the upgrade process, addressing all our concerns and making it easy for my in-laws, who were struggling with forgotten Apple ID passwords and previous phone damage issues.

Best customer service, parking in rear, and very honest/open to discuss the perfect phone/plan for you. I highly recommend checking them out. Thanks to the excellent customer service and kind explanations, I was able to upgrade the phone and plan within a great promotion! I personally had Jae and Patrick help me and my family. Appreciate all the help!
Update: had my phone issue but helped with upgrade and provoded excellent services despite busy day! 11/10 customer service. Highly recommend as always!
