A few weeks ago, I had what I thought was a major car emergency, and it turned out to be not nearly as serious as I made it in my head. I called Midas, Ryan picked up, and he took me in right away. They checked everything thoroughly and fixed the issue quickly. Since I was already there, I also had them do my oil change, which made the visit even more convenient.

“Took my car to Toyota for a transmission issue and was charged $2k and the issue was never fixed. Got the run around. Wayne replaced the Transmission module for a third of what I paid Toyota and fixed the issue with no problems thereafter. My Subaru had a transmission solenoid issue that the dealer wanted $3k to fix, Wayne replaced both solenoids And a much needed drive belt for half that price. Wayne is a smart techie guy who actually educates his customers on the issue and resolution. I wish more mechanics were like him and his helpful wife. Thank you so much!!”

“Brought my truck in to have the rear emergency brakes adjusted. After I did 4 wheel disk ,pads and emergency brake shoes, his guy quoted me 50 bucks i said ok and when I picked it up the next day. “The team at Fonzarelli's is the best! I got into a collision in my newish car and I was concerned that the damage to the paint would not match or look like the original color. When I tell you I was ecstatic to see that it was perfectly matched would be an understatement. After seeing my car, it looked like there was no damage at all and fresh off the lot. They detailed the interior and exterior as well when I picked it up.
Every time I called I was always greeted with kindness, respect and understanding. The female receptionist is very sweet and eased my anxiety when I was concerned about the damage on my car and if they had the capabilities to match the color of my car. Her warm, welcoming attitude eased my nerves and allowed me to gain a sense of trust to have them fix my car.
Bill was very kind and patient with all my questions, concerns, calls and updates. There was a minor complication between talking to my insurance company and Bill, but Bill explained in great detail what is being fixed, what they're doing at the current moment and expected timeline on receiving it back. Bill and his team was also very understanding with how necessary I needed my car due to travel for work. They were able to give me my car back just before a work trip and I am so thankful that they did everything they could to give it back to me in a timely manner.
One thing I wish Fonzarelli's did was either call, text or email with updates about the car instead of calling myself but honestly their professionalism, kindness and hard work overrode that.
I have already recommended them to my friends, family and coworkers but hopefully I do not have to bring my car back to them ?
