“I drive a 2005 Mercedes E320. I took it to two different dealers on three occasions to have a check engine light fixed. First dealer replaced the alternator (for check engine light ???). Check engine light came back on as I was driving home. Dealer had car for three weeks and finally replaced alternator again under warranty, light came on again next day. I took car to different dealer and told them about previous repair, I paid one labor for diagnosis, they told me I needed an alternator and replaced it under warranty. Check engine light came on again two days later. A friend recommended Hoffmanns so I gave them a try. They had the car for four hours and replaced a temp sensor, cost me less than two hundred dollars and the car has been fine ever since. Thanks Greg, I love you guys.”

“My car got messed up from roadside debris pretty badly my insurance recommended this shop. They did a fantastic job I got all new parts and the paint job was done well, furthermore, the parts were placed symmetrically when they reassembled my vehicle. They also completed everything within 10 days which was exceptionally fast from my experience with auto body shops. But I drive a 2019 mustang gt, so car parts aren’t that rare. That being said the job was done very fast and well and I was very satisfied with everything. Additionally the front desk ladies are great and texted me almost everyday and kept me updated on every step of the process.”
“The team at Fonzarelli's is the best! I got into a collision in my newish car and I was concerned that the damage to the paint would not match or look like the original color. When I tell you I was ecstatic to see that it was perfectly matched would be an understatement. After seeing my car, it looked like there was no damage at all and fresh off the lot. They detailed the interior and exterior as well when I picked it up.
Every time I called I was always greeted with kindness, respect and understanding. The female receptionist is very sweet and eased my anxiety when I was concerned about the damage on my car and if they had the capabilities to match the color of my car. Her warm, welcoming attitude eased my nerves and allowed me to gain a sense of trust to have them fix my car.
Bill was very kind and patient with all my questions, concerns, calls and updates. There was a minor complication between talking to my insurance company and Bill, but Bill explained in great detail what is being fixed, what they're doing at the current moment and expected timeline on receiving it back. Bill and his team was also very understanding with how necessary I needed my car due to travel for work. They were able to give me my car back just before a work trip and I am so thankful that they did everything they could to give it back to me in a timely manner.
One thing I wish Fonzarelli's did was either call, text or email with updates about the car instead of calling myself but honestly their professionalism, kindness and hard work overrode that.
I have already recommended them to my friends, family and coworkers but hopefully I do not have to bring my car back to them ?
