We had an excellent experience at this location. Even though the minivan we wanted (and reserved) wasn’t available due to a national recall, this office gave us an upgrade to the Ford Expedition and honored the original minivan pricing. I highly recommend them!

Reserved a car a month in advance. The day of reservation, they call and tell me they have no cars. You know how to take the reservation, you don’t know how to hold reservation, and that’s really the most important part of the reservation. Anyone can just take them.

Did a last-minute reservation online and arrived an hour later to pick it up. On my way to the store, they informed me they had the vehicle and they were about 20 minutes behind getting it ready, which was fine since it was last minute. When we arrived at the location, it was clean and was greeted with a smile from Zack. He got all of our information advised that the car would be ready in another 15 minutes. We were able to grab coffee and came back it was ready. No problem adding additional driver on. Fast and friendly service from Zack that was running to check vehicles in and out and never missed a beat. Will be returning and will be my go-to location moving forward because another location was terrible.

Made reservation for any vehicle. They sent confirmation and time for pickup. Arrived there before pick up time. They said they had no vehicles at all. Also none of the close local offices had any vehicles. Called corporate office, they said we would get notified when a vehicle was available. Never received a call back. Called the local office to see what was going on. They kept hanging up on me. This is the most awful experience I have ever had with a company.

It was very easy to book through my local Enterprise service! The day before I was due to pick up my rental, I received a phone call confirming pick up time and what form a payment I need to bring. The day I picked up my rental was extremely quick and easy. The employee who helped me was so kind and explained everything very easily! Drop off was the same experience! Overall, I had a great experience with Enterprise and will be renting from them in the future!

Avoid Enterprise at all costs. They act like they are doing you a favor. Check out alternatives like renting directly from a person using the app Turo. There are plenty of alternatives. Enterprise is way too money-hungry and needs a serious attitude adjustment for most of its staff.

First they were late to bring me the car at the repair shop. The interior of the car was dirty. I needed to get to work so I could not address at that moment . I requested another and made appt for 2pm for car to be exchanged the next day at my home At ten to 2 they called and said they didn't recognize how far away I was, (google maps anyone?) and they would come at 230. It's 237 and mo one is here. Poor management I would never use again!

I had the pleasure to rent a car from this location and I couldn’t be more satisfied. Everything went well, seamless and quick. Got a nice mustang convertible which my kids absolutely loved. Was a great experience for them. Also couldn’t believe how cheap it was. I’m not kidding, this place was great. If I ever need to rent a car again, I will definitely visit this Newton branch

Amazing service at this location. First, I was running late to pick up on Saturday and got there a minute before they were due to close, they were waiting for me and so very pleasant about the whole thing. Then when the car I rented had an issue this morning they had a new car to me within 20 mins of my call meaning my day didn't skip a beat! Things happen it's how firms react to it that matters and WOW this branch REALLY steps up to help! Kudos to Zach and the whole team!
